带翼缘钢填板-螺栓连接胶合木梁-柱节点转动性能试验研究

【摘要】:针对钢填板-螺栓胶合木梁-柱连接节点易发生木材横纹劈裂脆性破坏的问题,提出在钢填板上下端增设翼缘以降低木材横纹拉应力或约束木材横纹裂缝扩展,形成带翼缘钢填板-螺栓连接胶合木梁-柱节点形式。通过对其进行单调加载试验,获得了该连接节点的弯矩-转角关系曲线,对比分析了该类连接节点和采用不同加固技术的普通钢填板-螺栓连接节点的受弯承载力。研究表明:带翼缘钢填板-螺栓连接节点具有良好的变形能力,其相对受弯承载力较普通钢填板-螺栓连接节点提高最多可达129%,且高于采用自攻螺钉、碳纤维布和交叉胶合木等技术加固的普通钢填板-螺栓连接节点的受弯承载力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the joint of steel filling plate bolted wood beam and column is prone to fracture brittleness of wood transverse grain, it is proposed to add flange at the upper and lower end of steel filling plate to reduce the tensile stress of wood transverse grain or restrain the crack propagation of wood transverse grain. The joint form of glued wooden beam and column is formed by forming steel filling plate with flange edge and bolting connection. Through monotone loading test, the bending moment-rotation relationship curve of the joint is obtained, and the bending bearing capacity of this kind of joint and the ordinary steel filling plate-bolt joint with different reinforcement technology is compared and analyzed. The results show that the steel filling plate bolt connection joint with flange edge has good deformation ability, and its relative bending capacity is up to 129% higher than that of ordinary steel fill plate bolt connection joint, and it is higher than that of tapping screw. Bending capacity of ordinary steel filling plate-bolt joint strengthened with carbon fiber cloth and cross glued wood.
