相变蓄热蒸发型空气源热泵性能优化实验研究

【摘要】:通过在蓄热器盘管上加装矩形翅片及采用新型相变蓄热材料(80%Na_2SO_4?10H_2O+20%Na_2HPO_4?12H_2O),对原开发的蓄热蒸发型空气源热泵系统实施优化改造。改造后的实验结果显示:系统优化后,蓄热器的蓄热速度增加了近一倍,蓄热时间缩短55%;平均放热时间较优化前增加了40%;热泵在超低环境温度-30℃下运行,排气温度也仅为103℃,低于安全排气温度极限130℃;环境温度-30℃时的系统制热量增加了1.1 k W,增加比例23.4%;环境温度-30℃时,热泵供热系数COP为1.8,较优化前的1.6提高12.5%。
[Abstract]:By adding rectangular finned to the coil of heat accumulator and adopting new phase change heat storage material (80%Na_2SO_4?10H_2O 20%Na_2HPO_4?12H_2O), the original heat storage evaporative air source heat pump system was optimized. The experimental results show that after the optimization of the system, the heat storage speed of the heat accumulator is nearly doubled, the heat storage time is shortened by 55%, the average heat release time is 40% higher than that before optimization, the exhaust temperature of the heat pump is only 103 鈩,
