基于直觉三角模糊数的成都地区绿色建筑开发风险研究

【摘要】:随着近几年绿色建筑的不断发展,社会公众对绿色建筑的期望越来越高,建筑开发商也越来越重视绿色建筑的理念。但是,许多绿色建筑开发商没有意识到绿色建筑的地域性,导致许多城市的绿色建筑都千篇一律并未体现地区特色。由于绿色建筑的开发与建设具有地域性,绿色建筑开发时应注意适应当地自然条件、人文历史和传统文化,绿色建筑项目开发风险因素也应结合地区环境等地域因素来识别和评估。因此,结合成都地区独特的自然环境、社会文化、经济发展等条件,针对成都地区绿色建筑项目开发风险因素进行识别和评估,具有一定的现实意义。本文围绕成都地区绿色建筑开发风险评估做了如下研究:(1)本文通过实地走访和文献调研的方式结合成都地区自然环境、社会文化、政策制度、经济发展和技术支撑这5个方面地域性因素,以及绿色建筑项目参与方情况,对成都地区绿色建筑进行了开发风险的识别,最后形成包含成都地区情况风险因素19个,项目参与方情况风险因素35个,共计54个风险因素的成都地区绿色建筑开发风险因素表。(2)在成都地区绿色建筑开发风险因素表的基础上设置并发放调查问卷至曾参与成都地区绿色建筑全寿命周期过程的专家处。运用直觉三角模糊数理论将收集到的专家们的描述性风险评价信息进行量化,再引用多属性群决策理论和熵权理论确定各属性权重和综合判断矩阵,通过逼近理想解排序方法对综合判断矩阵内的风险综合值进行数据处理,最后确定成都地区绿色建筑开发风险的重要顺序,形成风险评估结果。(3)通过实证研究的方法,应用本文风险评估方法对成都都江堰市某绿色建筑项目的开发风险进行了分析研究,得到其风险评估结果并给出相应风险应对策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of the green building in recent years, the public's expectation of the green building is becoming more and more high, and the construction developer is paying more and more attention to the idea of the green building. However, many green building developers are not aware of the regional nature of the green architecture, leading to the fact that many of the green buildings in many cities do not have regional features. As the development and construction of green building are regional and green, attention should be paid to local natural conditions, human history and traditional culture, and the development risk factors of green building project should also be identified and evaluated in combination with regional factors such as regional environment. Therefore, in the light of the unique natural environment, social culture, economic development and other conditions in Chengdu, it is of practical significance to identify and evaluate the risk factors for green building project development in Chengdu. The paper studies the risk assessment of green building in Chengdu area as follows: (1) In this paper, the regional factors of the five aspects of the natural environment, the social culture, the policy system, the economic development and the technology support are combined in the way of field visits and literature research. in that case of the project participants of the green construction project, the development risk identification of the green building in Chengdu area is carry out, A list of risk factors for green building in Chengdu area with a total of 54 risk factors. (2) To set up and issue the questionnaire to the experts who participated in the whole life cycle process of the green building in Chengdu area based on the green building development risk factor table in Chengdu area. using the intuitionistic triangular fuzzy number theory, the descriptive risk evaluation information of the collected experts is quantized, and the attribute weights and the comprehensive judgment matrix are determined by referring to the multi-attribute group decision theory and the entropy weight theory, By approaching the ideal solution sorting method, the risk comprehensive value in the comprehensive judgment matrix is processed, and the important order of the green building development risk in the Chengdu area is finally determined, and the risk evaluation result is formed. (3) The risk assessment method is applied to analyze the development risk of a green building project in Dujiangyan city of Chengdu, and the risk assessment result is obtained and the corresponding risk response strategy is given.
