天津市中小套型住宅室内空间效率比较研究

【摘要】：在梳理"效率"概念基础上,探讨中小套型住宅室内空间效率的内涵与比较原则;依据适居性、高效性、适应性、经济性4个原则,借鉴国内外住宅评价研究等相关理论,筛选比较研究的指标;选取天津市1980、1990、2000年代典型套型住宅进行横向比较研究。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the concept of "efficiency", this paper probes into the connotation and comparative principle of indoor space efficiency of small and medium-sized residential buildings; according to the four principles of livability, efficiency, adaptability and economy, draws lessons from the relevant theories such as domestic and foreign housing evaluation research, selects the indexes of comparative research; selects Tianjin 1980, 1990, and 2000's typical residential buildings for horizontal comparative study.
