自动化技术在城市照明建设管理中的应用

【摘要】:自上世纪以来,自动化在各行各业中被广泛应用。从生产制造业到建筑业、服务业,自动化的应用越来越被人们所重视,自动化技术更是日新月异,越来越多样化。根据照明建设的现况及国内外相关行业自动化技术的应用情况,探索找出一种城市照明设施可能的自动化技术应用前景,包括从管理、监控、建设、维护等方面一体化的应用,任何一个方面自动化程度过低,势必也会影响其他方面自动化技术应用的效果,各方面之间相辅相成。所以这次研究主要探索出一种未来可行的自动化管理模式。城市照明建设作为城市非营利性公共建设中不可或缺的一个环节,是城市经济发展速度的体现,更是广大市民平安出行的保障,同时还有着美化环境的作用。城市照明设施有着分布广、数量大的特点,一直以来从管理到建设到维护其自动化程度都不是很高。由于设备安装及维护的自动化技术应用与电网建设和市政工程之间都存在很大差异,因此在工程建设施工及运行维护方面自动化程度还很落后。随着市政类工程建设项目一步步的对市场开放,很多市民在提高衣食住行水平的同时,对生活设施的要求也越来越高,城市照明也被更多人所关注,能否保证亮灯率,新建成道路能否快速及时进行照明建设则成为了大家关注的焦点。而且,随着国内劳动力成本升高,市场竞争也变得越来越激烈,能够更好的对项目成本进行科学控制,无疑是各工程单位为增加本身市场竞争力所必须要做的。通过先进的自动化技术应用来降低生产成本并提高服务质量,也是今后必然的发展趋势。成本的降低、市民的好评以及高品质的工程质量都是提高市场竞争力的手段,也就成为了照明工程建设的目标。本文通过对在照明工程建设中国内外学者在过程自动化技术、管理自动化技术和机械自动化技术这三方面的自动化技术研究成果的介绍,以及每种技术所具备的特点或者优缺点的比较,根据城市照明的特性,选取出最适合城市照明建设所应用的自动化技术,从设备监控、工程管理、建设施工三方面进行阐述。同时通过实际验证,证实了自动化应用的程度的提高能够在城市照明建设各方面产生很好的效果。若今后能够克服目前的一些客观限制,使自动化技术进一步得到应用将会取得更好的效果。
[Abstract]:Since the last century, automation has been widely used in various industries. From manufacturing industry to construction industry, service industry, the application of automation has been paid more and more attention, and the automation technology is changing with each passing day and becoming more and more diversified. According to the present situation of lighting construction and the application of automation technology in related industries at home and abroad, this paper explores the possible application prospect of automation technology in urban lighting facilities, including the integrated application of management, monitoring, construction and maintenance, any aspect of which is too low in automation degree, which is bound to affect the effect of automation technology application in other aspects, and complement each other. Therefore, this study mainly explores a feasible automatic management model in the future. As an indispensable link in urban non-profit public construction, urban lighting construction is not only the embodiment of the speed of urban economic development, but also the guarantee for the general public to travel safely, and at the same time, it also has the function of beautifying the environment. Urban lighting facilities have the characteristics of wide distribution and large quantity, and the degree of automation has not been very high from management to construction to maintenance. Because of the great difference between the application of automation technology of equipment installation and maintenance and the construction of power grid and municipal engineering, the degree of automation in engineering construction and operation and maintenance is still very backward. With the opening of municipal engineering construction projects to the market step by step, many citizens not only improve the level of food, clothing, housing and transportation, but also have higher and higher requirements for living facilities. Urban lighting has also been concerned by more and more people. Whether the lighting rate can be guaranteed and whether the newly built roads can carry out lighting construction quickly and in time has become the focus of attention. Moreover, with the increase of domestic labor cost, the market competition has become more and more fierce, and it is undoubtedly necessary for each engineering unit to control the project cost scientifically in order to increase its own market competitiveness. It is also an inevitable development trend in the future to reduce production cost and improve service quality through the application of advanced automation technology. The reduction of cost, the praise of citizens and the quality of high quality projects are the means to improve the competitiveness of the market, which has become the goal of lighting engineering construction. Through the introduction of the research results of process automation technology, management automation technology and mechanical automation technology in lighting engineering construction in China, and the comparison of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each technology, according to the characteristics of urban lighting, this paper selects the most suitable automation technology for urban lighting construction, from equipment monitoring and engineering management. Construction and construction are described in three aspects. At the same time, through practical verification, it is proved that the improvement of automation application can produce good results in all aspects of urban lighting construction. If we can overcome some objective limitations in the future, the further application of automation technology will achieve better results.
