建材用粉煤灰-电石渣混合物性能研究

【摘要】:旨在验证粉煤灰研磨对提高粉煤灰-电石渣混合物无侧限抗压强度(qu)的影响。结果表明,研磨后的粉煤灰能够提高粉煤灰-电石渣混合物的无侧限抗压强度。发现粉煤灰短时间(大于2 h)的研磨,使飞灰颗粒比表面积增加约50%,而环境温度下的强度增加约200%。在23℃下固化7 d的研磨样品与未研磨样品固化温度从23℃上升到40℃,固化7 d的qu值上升趋势相似。最后,可以得出结论,研磨可能成为替代通过提高固化温度或者利用高温固化增强粉煤灰-电石渣混合物强度的可行方法,以缩短固化时间。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to verify the effect of fly ash grinding on improving unconfined compressive strength (qu) of fly ash and calcium carbide slag mixture. The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of fly ash-calcium carbide slag mixture can be improved by grinding fly ash. It is found that the specific surface area of fly ash particles increases by about 50% when fly ash is ground for a short time (> 2 h), while the strength of fly ash particles increases by about 200% at ambient temperature.
