浅析国内外最新预应力锚杆标准中的技术差异

【摘要】:与国外相比,国内锚杆标准中的技术尚有改进空间。借鉴欧美日最新标准,建议:增加一种锚杆结构划分方法,即按内部结构划分为黏结段、非黏结段及张拉段;基本试验可调整细分为基本调查试验及适应试验,并将前者定性为探究性试验;可采用表观自由长度替代弹性变形以作为锚杆抗拔试验变形评价指标;研究及增加在锚固段与自由段分界处设置止浆塞的技术要求;明确荷载分散型锚杆的张拉只应采用荷载控制方法;研究及增加对锚筋驻留荷载的提离检查;锚杆锁定荷载提高至不小于0.9倍设计承载力。
[Abstract]:Compared with foreign countries, there is still room for improvement in the technology of domestic bolt standard. Based on the latest standards in Europe, America and Japan, it is suggested that an anchor rod structure division method should be added, that is, according to the internal structure, it can be divided into bonding section, non-bonded section and tension section, the basic test can be adjusted and subdivided into basic investigation test and adaptation test, and the former can be characterized as inquiry test, and the apparent free length can be used instead of elastic deformation as the evaluation index of anchor rod pullout test deformation, and the basic test can be adjusted and subdivided into basic investigation test and adaptation test, and the former can be characterized as inquiry test. The technical requirements of setting up slurry stopper at the boundary between anchoring section and free section are studied and increased; it is clear that the tension of load dispersed anchor rod should only adopt load control method; the lifting inspection of anchor bar resident load should be studied and increased; and the locking load of anchor rod should be increased to not less than 0.9 times the design bearing capacity.
