沥青改性环氧树脂冲蚀磨损性能

【摘要】:测试了沥青改性环氧树脂材料的力学性能和冲蚀磨损性能,研究了沥青掺量(质量分数)对环氧树脂力学性能和冲蚀磨损性能的影响,并分析了其冲蚀磨损机理.结果表明:沥青的加入降低了环氧树脂的拉伸强度,但在一定程度上提高了其冲击韧性;沥青改性环氧树脂材料的冲蚀行为表现出半塑性材料的冲蚀特征,最大冲蚀率出现在冲蚀角为45°时,其冲蚀率随冲蚀速率增加而增大,冲蚀率与冲蚀速率呈幂函数关系,速率指数为2.74~3.17;沥青掺量为10%时,沥青改性环氧树脂表现出良好的冲蚀抗力,适合用作强风沙流地区混凝土桥梁墩身等的冲蚀磨损防护材料;沥青改性环氧树脂材料的冲蚀是冲蚀能量法向分量和切向分量共同作用的结果,法向分量使材料表面产生裂纹和破碎,切向分量使材料表面产生切削.
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties and erosion wear properties of asphalt modified epoxy resin were tested. the effect of asphalt content (mass fraction) on the mechanical properties and erosion wear properties of epoxy resin was studied, and the erosion wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the addition of asphalt reduces the tensile strength of epoxy resin, but improves its impact toughness to a certain extent, and the erosion behavior of asphalt modified epoxy resin shows the erosion characteristics of semi-plastic material, and the maximum erosion rate increases with the increase of erosion rate, and the erosion rate is power function relationship with erosion rate, and the rate index is 2.74 鈮,
