近年来,随着国民经济水平的不断提高,我国的建筑业发展迅速。建筑的规模越来越庞大,各方对工程项目的要求越来越严格,使得建筑工程项目的管理越来越复杂。建筑工程项目管理具有施工人数众多、工序繁复、分散性、移动性和一次性等特点,对管理人员的管理水平也提出了相当高的要求。工程项目管理主要是质量、进度、成本的制约。而项目进度的制约是该建筑工程项目成功实施的基础和必要条件,也是项目管理中重点和难点。工程项目进度制约是指在既定的工期内,编制出最优的施工进度计划,在执行该计划的施工过程中,经常检查施工实际进度情况,并将其与计划进度相比较,浅析浅析偏差产生的理由和对工程总工期的影响程度,制定必要的调整措施,修改原定的计划安排。工程进度的目标能否顺利实现,不仅体现了施工单位项目管理水平的高低,对工程项目的经济效益也有很大影响。所以建筑工程项目的进度优化管理研究,对于企业的发展、行业水平的提高以及国民经济效益的提高都有着重要的意 义。工程项目的进度优化过程就是对工程进度计划进行检查与调整的过程。本文从工程项目管理的基本理论出发,论述施工进度管理的特点、原则、内容以及相关的理论和浅析浅析策略。通过工程项目管理软件Office Project 2007对工程项目进行优化管理,项目管理软件能为进度安排工作提供广泛的支持,而且一般是自动化的。论文结合香堤漫步工程案例,浅析浅析影响项目进度的因素,找出优化工程进度的合理措施,从多个方面对该工程进度进行合理的优化。在规定的工期内,编制一套最优的施工进度计划,并与实际进度进行比较,找出偏差及产生理由,做出合理浅析浅析,做出相应的调整。最终实现工程项目预期目标,提高工程项目管理水平。

People in the engineering project requirements increasingly strict.Accordingly, the construction project management and more and more complex.Construction project management characteristic construction numerous,process heavy and complicated,dispersion, mobility and one-time etc.Management personnel management level also presents fairly high demand.Project management is mainly quality,schedule, cost control.However the project schedule control is the successful implementation of the construction project and the basis and necessary conditions.Project schedule control refers to the established duration,prepare the optimal construction schedule,the implementation of this plan construction process,often check construction,and actual progress will be compared with the schedule,analyzes the causes and errors of engineering the influence degree of the total duration,make necessary adjustment measures,modify the planned arrangements.Engineering progress goal achieving,not only embodies the construction units project management level, the economic benefit of project also has very big effect. So building project schedule for optimal management research, enterprise development, industry and national economy to raise the level of efficiency is of great significance.The progress of the project to project progress optimization process is check and adjustment of planning process. This article from the project management of the basic theory Discusses the construction schedule management characteristics, principles, contents and related theory and analysis method.Through the project management software Office Project 2007 to optimize project management. Project management software can work schedules, and offers a broad range of support the general is the automation. The thesis combines "sweet dike stroll" project cases, analyzes the influential factors of project schedule, find out the reasonable measures to optimize project progress from several respects, the project’s progress to the optimization of reasonable. In the provision of duration, prepare a set of optimal construction schedule, and with the actual schedule comparison to find out deviation and causes and make reasonable analysis, to adjust accordingly. Finally realize project anticipated target, improve project management level.
