唐文治先生学术中的汉、宋之辨

【摘要】：中国传统学术有汉学、宋学之争,前者重考据,后者重义理,彼此各为营垒,水火不容。梁启超赞扬乾嘉学派,扬汉抑宋,影响极大。如何看待二者优劣?在近现代中国,宋学是否还有推动社会进步的价值?唐文治先生以"茹经"为堂号,乃近代经学的典范。本文通过考察先生一生治学、办学、论学的经历,希冀揭示其汉宋兼治的学术底蕴,创办无锡国学专修馆的经学引领,以及在特定历史背景下高扬宋学,希冀挽救世道人心,旋转乾坤的学者胸襟。
