以教育券制度改革我国教师培训的思考

【摘要】:自弗里德曼提出教育券制度后,许多国家相继进行了积极的探索与实践。教育券制度的推行,改变了公立学校系统效率低下的状况,在一定程度上提高了公共教育的质量。长期以来,我国的教师教育受计划经济体制的影响,处于由单一培训机构垄断的状况,效率和质量低下,影响了当前教师教育改革的推进。本文试图将教育券制度引入教师培训领域,以改变现行的教师培训政府拨款方式,探索一种灵活的、开放的教师培训体系。
[Abstract]:Since Friedman put forward the education voucher system, many countries have carried on the active exploration and practice one after another. The implementation of education voucher system has changed the low efficiency of public school system and improved the quality of public education to some extent. For a long time, the teacher education in our country is affected by the planned economy system, and is monopolized by a single training institution. The efficiency and quality of the teacher education is low, which affects the promotion of the current teacher education reform. This paper attempts to introduce the education voucher system into the field of teacher training in order to change the current government funding for teacher training and to explore a flexible and open teacher training system.
