越南不同水平羽毛球选手跳杀动作的力学分析与专项力量训练干预的实证研究

研究目的:探讨专项力量素质在羽毛球正手跳杀动作中的作用,通过分析跳杀过程中上肢、躯干、下肢的发力特点及影响技术动作的关键因素,构建羽毛球正手跳杀动作效果的客观评价指标体系;并通过6个月专项力量训练干预前后正手跳杀动作主要参数的变化规律寻找两者间的相互关系,以期为羽毛球专项技术教学和训练水平的提高提供实验依据和理论支撑。研究方法:研究分为三个阶段。第一阶段:采用问卷法和访谈法对64名羽毛球教师、教练进行调查,了解评价羽毛球运动员专项力量素质的指标和发展专项力量的系统训练方法,为后期筛选评价羽毛球跳杀动作效果的测试指标及构建专项力量的系统训练方法奠定基础。第二阶段:选取12名越南国家级羽毛球运动员及6名羽毛球专项大学男生作为研究对象,通过图像分析法对其技术动作进行分析,测试相应的运动学参数和动作技术参数,并将力量素质水平测试指标与跳杀后球飞行速度等参数进行相关研究,明确影响羽毛球跳杀动作效果的关键因素。第三阶段:选取20名羽毛球专项大学生随机分为2组,对照组和实验组各10人,采用发展专项力量素质的34项系统练习和Nautilus健身器材对实验组进行6个月的专项力量训练,每周2次。对照组采用...
