中学教师因职业压力引起的心理健康问题的研究及对策

【摘要】：随着基础教育改革的不断深入,教师职业压力已逐渐成为当前教师研究的新领域。本文在对国内外学者对教师职业压力的研究进行介绍和分析的基础上,以苏州立达中学校等学校的教师为研究对象,开展中学教师职业压力的调查研究和压力管理的实践研究,初步揭示了中学教师压力的现状,压力来源,压力给教师带来的负面影响,以及中学教师应对压力的策略及效果评价。本研究对教育行政部门、中学校、教师个体开展压力研究和压力管理实践具有一定的理论和实践指导意义,尤其对教师个体自我减压有直接的指导作用。论文分为五大部分: 第一部分是文献研究。介绍了国外教师压力与心理健康研究的历史、现状、内容等,为我国教师压力研究和压力管理实践提供理论参考;梳理我国学者关于教师压力研究的相关文献,总结我国学者教师压力研究的成果。第二部分是调查研究。利用问卷等形式具体考察了苏州立达中学校等学校教师压力的现状、压力来源、压力影响及压力应对策略,为进一步开展教师压力管理提供了实践依据。第三部分是具体分析了教师压力的来源。第四部分具体分析了由教师职业压力引起的心理健康问题。第五部分是研究实践。对缓解教师压力,帮助教师解决心理健康问题提出了有效的实践措施。以立达学校为案例,为社会(主要是政府)、学校、教师个人提供了切实有效的帮助和策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of basic education reform, teachers' professional pressure has gradually become a new field of teachers' research. Based on the introduction and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on teachers' professional pressure, this paper takes the teachers of Suzhou Lida Middle School and other schools as the research objects, and carries out the investigation and research of the middle school teachers' occupational stress and the practical research of the stress management. The present situation of middle school teachers' stress, the source of pressure, the negative influence of pressure on teachers, and the strategies and effect evaluation of middle school teachers' coping with stress are preliminarily revealed. This research has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for the educational administration department, middle school, teachers individual to carry out the stress research and the stress management practice, especially has the direct instruction function to the teacher individual self-decompression. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is literature research. This paper introduces the history, present situation and contents of the research on teachers' stress and mental health in foreign countries, and provides a theoretical reference for the research of teachers' stress and the practice of stress management in our country. This paper summarizes the achievements of the research on teachers' stress in our country. The second part is the investigation and research. The present situation of teachers' stress in Suzhou Lida Middle School, the source of pressure, the influence of pressure and the coping strategies are investigated by means of questionnaire, which provides a practical basis for the further development of teachers' stress management. The third part is the concrete analysis of the source of teacher pressure. The fourth part analyzes the mental health problems caused by teachers' occupational stress. The fifth part is the research practice. Effective practical measures are put forward to relieve teachers' pressure and help teachers solve mental health problems. Taking Lida School as an example, it provides effective help and strategies for the society (mainly government, school and teachers).
