幼儿园男教师实际工作情况以及影响男性参与学前教育因素的研究

【摘要】: 在学前教育领域人们不能忽视的一个问题是,幼儿园教师性别倾斜是一个普遍存在的现象。虽然长期以来幼儿园中教师性别不平衡的问题引起了大家广泛的关注和思考,但是大多数研究者只是单方面从理论上强调在幼儿园非常有必要增加男教师,并提出了许多关于提高教师性别平衡好处的假设,而相关的来自实证研究的能支持那些看上去言之确凿的假设的证据非常少。笔者对在学前教育领域内是否真的需要增加男教师这个问题非常感兴趣,通过实证研究(量的研究、质的研究和文献分析)的方法对这个问题做了深层次的思考和讨论,,得出了一个和以前不一样的答案——男教师在幼儿园的工作需要辩证地看待。本论文采用质的研究的方法进行个案研究,对所选择的研究对象的实际工作情况从动态的角度和多维的层面进行了实地考察,认为男教师在幼儿园的实际工作情况总体是不太让人满意的;本论文采用量的研究的方法进行较大范围内的抽样研究,详细了解了影响男性参与学前教育的因素,统计了各个影响因素的实际影响能力,证明了性格、语言表达特点、群体归属结果、幼儿年龄、工资收入对男性参与学前教育有显著性的影响,尤其群体归属结果、幼儿年龄和工资收入三个因素的影响能力明显;本论文采用文献分析的方法从社会学的角度来讨论与本论文有关的问题——幼儿特殊的需要、幼儿园教师必须具备的素养特征、男女性别的不同、儿童对自己性别认同的规律等,在此基础上笔者认为男教师对幼儿性别认同的影响有待进一步证明,社会对男女性别有不同的期待。本论文在方法上和以前有很大的不同,这样做,既可以为以前的研究提供新的知识内容,还可以为以后的研究提供新的认识事物的方式以及新的看问题的角度和新的研究方法。
[Abstract]:One of the problems that people can't ignore in the area of pre-school education is that the gender inclination of the kindergarten teachers is a common phenomenon. Although the problem of the gender imbalance of the teachers in the kindergarten has attracted wide attention and thought for a long time, most of the researchers have only unilaterally emphasized the need to increase the male teachers in the kindergarten, and put forward many assumptions about the improvement of the teacher's gender balance. The relevant evidence from the empirical study can support very little evidence of what appears to be a solid hypothesis. The author is very interested in the need to increase the male teacher in the field of pre-school education, and the deep thought and discussion of this problem through the method of empirical research (quantity study, qualitative research and literature analysis). A different answer is drawn that the work of a male teacher in a kindergarten needs to be treated dialectically. In this paper, a case study is carried out on the method of qualitative research, and the actual working condition of the selected research object is carried out from the dynamic angle and the multi-dimensional level, and the actual working condition of the male teacher in the kindergarten is not so satisfactory. In this paper, a large-scale sampling study is carried out in this paper, and the factors that influence the participation of men in pre-school education are studied in detail, the actual influence ability of each influence factor is analyzed, the character, the language expression characteristic, the group's attribution result and the child's age are proved. The influence of the wage income on the male participation in the pre-school education has a significant effect, and the influence ability of the children's age and the salary income is obvious. This paper uses the method of literature analysis to discuss the problems related to this paper from the perspective of sociology, the special needs of the children, the quality characteristics of the kindergarten teachers, the difference between the male and female, the law of the children's gender identity, etc. On this basis, the author thinks that the influence of the male teacher on the gender identity of the child is to be further proved, and the society has different expectations for the gender of the male and female. This paper has a great difference in the method and before, so that it can provide new knowledge content for the previous research, and can provide new ways of knowing things and new research methods for future research.
