幼儿教师生命教育观研究

【摘要】: 生命教育理念历来已久,并于20世纪60年代在美国正式登上历史舞台。在人类对生命的冷漠和残忍,以及教育对生命完整性和灵动性抹杀的背景下,生命教育应运而生。生命教育唤起了人们对生命本真的反思与关怀,儿童期是接受生命教育的最佳阶段,幼儿教师的生命教育观对儿童具有重大的影响,因此,本文以幼儿教师的生命教育观为基本问题展开研究。本文在非理性主义哲学、生命哲学、存在主义哲学和生命伦理学对生命关怀的基础上,通过文献法、问卷调查法与观察法相结合的方式对幼儿教师的生命教育观现状进行了调查,具体内容如下: 1、幼儿教师生命教育观的现状。幼儿教师认识生命的教育观态度较积极;保护生命的教育观意识薄弱,缺乏自我保护的独立意识,对“勇敢”的理解有误;珍惜生命的教育观意识淡薄,对待生命与财产关系的态度矛盾;尊重生命和珍惜生命的教育观态度较积极,但在教育活动中仍有较多不尊重生命和不相信生命的行为。 2、幼儿教师生存教育观的现状。幼儿教师的生存意识教育观薄弱,缺乏对儿童的生存教育;生存教育内容狭隘,生存教育方法机械。 3、幼儿教师死亡教育观的现状。幼儿教师对儿童认识死亡的教育态度较积极;对死亡意义的教育较肯定;但幼儿教师的死亡态度教育观则明显消极,与前两者形成矛盾。 通过对调查数据和观察记录的分析,总结出当前影响幼儿教师生命教育观的因素主要有:“成人本位”的传统儿童观;“重生忌死”的传统死亡观;“杀身成仁、舍生取义”的英雄主义观;幼儿教师的人性观;幼儿教师的主观幸福感。 根据对幼儿教师生命教育观现状的研究及相关影响因素的分析,本文对幼儿教师生命教育观的涵养进行了如下思考:包括把握“生命”内涵,培养生命意识;明确“教育”追求,更新教育理念;领悟“儿童”特性,确立科学儿童观;了解“责任”目的,实现生命责任教育。
[Abstract]:The concept of life education has a long history and officially appeared on the stage of history in the United States in 1960 s. Under the background of human indifference and cruelty to life, and education obliterating the integrity and vividness of life, life education emerges as the times require. Life education evokes people's reflection and concern for the truth of life. Childhood is the best stage to receive life education. The view of life education of preschool teachers has a great influence on children. Therefore, this paper takes the view of life education of preschool teachers as the basic problem. On the basis of irrationalism philosophy, life philosophy, existentialism philosophy and bioethics concern for life, this paper investigates the present situation of preschool teachers' view of life education by combining literature method, questionnaire survey method and observation method. The concrete contents are as follows: 1, the present situation of preschool teachers' view of life education. Preschool teachers have a positive attitude towards the educational view of life; the educational view of protecting life is weak, lacks the independent consciousness of self-protection, and has a wrong understanding of "bravery"; the consciousness of cherishing the educational view of life is weak and the attitude towards the relationship between life and property is contradictory; the educational view of respecting and cherishing life is more positive, but there are still more behaviors that do not respect life and do not believe in life in educational activities. 2. The present situation of preschool teachers' view of survival education. The educational view of preschool teachers' survival consciousness is weak, lacking of survival education for children, the content of survival education is narrow, and the method of survival education is mechanical. 3. The present situation of preschool teachers' view of death education. The educational attitude of preschool teachers towards children's understanding of death is more positive; the education of the significance of death is more positive; however, the educational view of preschool teachers' attitude towards death is obviously negative, which is contradictory to the former two. Through the analysis of the survey data and observation records, it is concluded that the main factors that affect the view of preschool teachers' life education are: the traditional view of children based on adult standard, the traditional view of death from death, the view of heroism of "killing oneself into benevolence and giving up justice", the view of human nature of preschool teachers, and the subjective well-being of preschool teachers. According to the research on the present situation of preschool teachers' view of life education and the analysis of related influencing factors, this paper makes the following thoughts on the cultivation of preschool teachers' view of life education: grasping the connotation of "life" and cultivating life consciousness; defining the pursuit of "education" and renewing the educational concept; understanding the characteristics of "children", establishing the scientific view of children; understanding the purpose of "responsibility" and realizing the education of life responsibility.
