浅议战略性新兴产业的培育与发展

【摘要】：战略性新兴产业是指建立在重大前沿科技突破的基础上,代表未来科技和产业发展新方向的相关产业。在战略性新兴产业培育活动中,加大资源节约环境友好型产业的投入力度,重视民生类产业的投资,积极开展基础设施建设。优先发展高效节能、先进环保、循环利用的战略性新兴产业。本文从战略性新兴产业的培育和发展模式展开分析,提出几点有利于提升产业发展效率的可行性建议。
[Abstract]:The strategic new industry refers to the related industries, which are based on the breakthrough of the major frontier science and technology, and represent the new direction of the future technology and industry development. In the cultivation of strategic emerging industries, we should increase investment in resource saving and environment-friendly industries, attach importance to investment in people's livelihood industry, and actively carry out infrastructure construction. We should give priority to the development of strategic new industries with high efficiency, energy saving, advanced environmental protection and recycling. This paper analyzes the cultivation and development model of strategic emerging industries, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the efficiency of industrial development.
