面向文化创意产业的台湾工业遗产再利用研究

【摘要】：工业遗产是城市发展的历史印迹和工业文明的标志,是值得被重视的物质和非物质一种文化遗产。工业遗产的更新再利用受到世界范围内越来越多城市的重视。随着经济发展、产业升级,文化创意产业正在迅速崛起,为都市更新带来新的动力。由于文化创意产业和工业遗产具有高度的相互适应性,以文化创意产业为导向的工业遗产再利用成为越来越多工业遗产更新的第一选择。我国台湾地区对工业遗产的保护和再利用起步较早,实践经验丰富。台湾地区从政策引导、社会认知、多元化开发模式等方面入手,对城市中闲置的工业遗产结合文化创意产业进行更新改造,这些新生的文化创意场所为城市提供了文化创作与渗透的平台,同时也为工业遗产提供新的生命,带动都市更新。本文旨在对台湾面向文化创意产业进行更新的工业遗产进行深入研究,对其政策引导、社会认知、多元化灵活的开发营运模式和尊重历史文脉的设计操作等方面进行总结,期冀为大陆面向文化创意产业的工业遗产再利用提供更广阔的思路。本文共分为6个章节:第一章绪论阐述了研究背景和相关概念界定,研究了国内外相关研究和实践发展状况,确定本位研究方法和研究框架。第二三章对台湾地区工业遗产再利用和文化创意产业结合的发展历程、政策背景和现状进行梳理,对二者结合的动因进行深入分析,并从不同角度对结合的类型进行分类。第四章笔者对实地调研、亲身感受的10个案例进行整理和归类,着重分析了其背景、现状、实质性价值与非实质性价值、开发模式、再利用策略,归纳并提炼出其更新再利用方法和内容。第五章总结面向文化创意产业的工业遗产再利用设计操作流程,从价值判别、功能、空间、新旧关系、景观以及使用者关系等方面进行总结和归纳。第六章通过对我国大陆地区在工业遗产再利用方面存在的问题进行反思,对比台湾地区和大陆地区在此方面异同,总结工业遗产再利用结合文化创意产业的一些经验和启示。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is the symbol of city development history and industrial civilization, is worthy of attention by the material and non-material cultural heritage. A kind of Industrial Heritage Reuse and regeneration by the world within the scope of the city more and more attention. With the development of economy, industrial upgrading, cultural and creative industries are rapidly rising, to bring new urban renewal power. Because of cultural and creative industries and industrial heritage has high adaptability, in the cultural and creative industry oriented industrial heritage reuse has become the first choice of more and more industrial heritage renewal. China's Taiwan region of the industrial heritage protection and reuse started earlier, with rich practical experience. The Taiwan area from the policy guidance, social cognition on the development mode of diversification, and the city of idle industrial heritage renovation combined with the cultural and creative industries, these new cultural creation Italy place provides cultural creation and penetration of the platform for the city, but also provide a new life for the industrial heritage, promote urban renewal. The fifth chapter summarizes the cultural and creative industries of the industrial heritage reuse design process, from the value judgment, function, space, landscape and the relationship between the old and the new, user relationship and other aspects were summarized. The sixth chapter through reflection of existence in mainland China in the industrial heritage reuse problems. In contrast to the Taiwan area and the mainland area on the similarities and differences of Industrial Heritage Reuse summarizes some experience and Enlightenment of the cultural and creative industries combined.
