【摘要】：随着我国利率市场化进程的推进和深入,我国的中小企业,尤其是经济欠发达地区的中小企业将面临利率市场化带来的严重冲击和巨大挑战。武陵山片区资源丰富,旅游业、特色农业、加工制造业、民族文化产业、现代服务业等系列产业发展迅速,有些产业已成为区域性的支柱产业;而这些区域内的企业基本都为中小企业,但融资难的问题也成为制约中小企业发展的重要因素。所以在利率市场化的大背景下,对经济欠发达地区中小企业的研究具有重要理论和实际意义。本文以武陵山片区作为经济欠发达地区的研究对象,立足于武陵山片区中小企业发展现状以及中小企业融资现状,分析了中小企业融资困境成因。通过借鉴国外利率市场化成功和失败的经验,分析利率市场化的综合影响,以及中国的利率化进程。进一步从有利和不利两方面分析利率市场化对中小企业融资的影响。研究结果发现:立足长远发展角度来看,利率市场化发展有利于提升中小企业筹集资金能力,合理配置资源,但是从短期发展来看,对于减少中小企业融资的束缚没有太大帮助。在利率化市场下,本文针对武陵山片区中小企业融资存在的问题,提出加快武陵山片区中小企业融资的思路和举措。以中小企业融资为突破口,并根据武陵山片区中小企业,以及外部环境进行SWOT分析,提出了武陵山片区中小企业的融资方式及其选择。并从中小企业和政府两方面提出了改善武陵山片区中小企业融资的措施。
[Abstract]:With the advancement and deepening of the interest rate marketization process, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. In particular, the small and medium-sized enterprises in underdeveloped areas will face the serious impact and great challenge of interest rate marketization. Wuling Mountain region is rich in resources, tourism, characteristic agriculture, processing manufacturing, national culture industry. Modern service industry and other series of industries have developed rapidly, some industries have become regional pillar industries; The enterprises in these regions are basically small and medium-sized enterprises, but the problem of financing difficulties has also become an important factor restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, so in the context of interest rate marketization. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the small and medium-sized enterprises in underdeveloped areas. This paper takes the Wulingshan region as the research object of the economic underdeveloped areas. Based on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region and the financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and draws lessons from the successful and failed experience of interest rate marketization in foreign countries. Analyze the comprehensive influence of interest rate marketization. And China's interest-rate process. Further from the advantages and disadvantages of interest rate marketization on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The results of the study: based on the long-term development of the point of view. The development of interest rate marketization is conducive to improving the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises to raise funds and reasonably allocate resources, but from the short-term development, it is not very helpful to reduce the constraints of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. In view of the problems existing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region, this paper puts forward some ideas and measures to speed up the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region, taking the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises as a breakthrough, and according to the small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region. Based on the SWOT analysis of external environment, this paper puts forward the financing mode and choice of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region, and puts forward some measures to improve the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wulingshan region from two aspects: small and medium-sized enterprises and the government.
