河南省生猪产业竞争力研究

【摘要】：生猪产业是河南省畜牧经济的支柱产业,其产值已占到畜牧业总产值的45.18%,是农民家庭经济收入的重要来源。生猪生产在保障市场供给,平抑市场物价,促进地方农产品加工业发展和农民增收上发挥着重要的作用。当前河南省生猪产业正处于重要转型的关键时期,研究河南省的生猪产业对河南省农业结构优化、农民增收以及提高其畜产品在国内外市场竞争力都具有十分重要的理论价值和重要意义。本文借助波特钻石模型提供的分析框架,对河南省生猪产业的竞争力进行了研究。在分析河南省生猪产业的竞争力过程中,在定量计算综合竞争力时,考虑数据的可获得性以及重要性程度,政府和机遇这两大因素未包含在内。因此,在定性分析的时候,从生产要素、需求、相关产业,企业战略、结构和竞争、政府和机遇这六个方面入手,分析了河南生猪产业的钻石体系的运行情况。然后在此理论分析的基础上,构建出生猪产业综合竞争力的综合评价模型。在该评价体系中,主要构建了需求要素竞争力、生产要素竞争力、相关支撑产业竞争力和企业战略、结构和竞争对手竞争力四个影响综合竞争力的因素,在四个影响因素下又有各自的具体衡量指标。然后将10个生猪养殖大省的指标数据全部录入SPSS中并处理,计算计算各个省份的综合竞争力。最后,将河南的生猪产业竞争力与各个省份进行比较。实证分析的结论表明河南省生猪产业虽然具有很强的竞争力,在全国排名始终保持前二,但是其综合竞争力在2008-2012年期间有下降的趋势。在河南省生猪产业竞争力体系中,相对其他要素而言,生产因素和需求因素这两个因素创造出一定程度的产业竞争优势,而相关产业处于竞争的劣势地位,对产业竞争力的贡献较小,同时也影响了整个体系内要素间相互协调作用的发挥,导致河南生猪产业较低的竞争力水平。
[Abstract]:Pig industry is the pillar industry of animal husbandry economy in Henan Province, and its output value has accounted for 45.18 percent of the total output value of animal husbandry, which is an important source of economic income for farmers' families. Stabilizing market prices, promoting the development of local agricultural products processing industry and increasing farmers' income play an important role. At present, the pig industry in Henan Province is in an important period of transition. This paper studies the optimization of the agricultural structure of Henan Province by the pig industry in Henan Province. It is of great theoretical value and significance to increase farmers' income and improve the competitiveness of livestock products at home and abroad. This paper studies the competitiveness of the pig industry in Henan Province. In the process of analyzing the competitiveness of the pig industry in Henan Province, the availability of data and the importance of the data are considered in the quantitative calculation of the comprehensive competitiveness. Therefore, in the qualitative analysis, the factors of production, demand, related industries, enterprise strategy, structure and competition, government and opportunity are six aspects. This paper analyzes the operation of the diamond system of the pig industry in Henan Province, and then, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of the comprehensive competitiveness of the pig industry. It mainly constructs four factors which affect the comprehensive competitiveness: demand factor competitiveness, production factor competitiveness, related supporting industry competitiveness and enterprise strategy, structure and competitive power of competitors. Then the index data of 10 pig breeding provinces are input into SPSS and processed to calculate the comprehensive competitiveness of each province. The competitive power of Henan pig industry is compared with that of each province. The conclusion of empirical analysis shows that Henan pig industry has strong competitiveness and remains the top two in the whole country. But its comprehensive competitiveness in 2008-2012 has a downward trend. In Henan Province pig industry competitiveness system, relative to other elements. Production factors and demand factors create a certain degree of industrial competitive advantage, while the related industries are in a competitive disadvantage position, the contribution to industrial competitiveness is relatively small. At the same time, it also affects the coordination of the factors in the whole system, which leads to the low competitive level of Henan pig industry.
