云南省绿春县旅游产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：绿春县位于云南省南部,是全省25个边境县中的一个,有153千米的国境线。县境内少数民族人口和哈尼族人口分别达98.7%和87.5%,是全国单一少数民族人口比例最高的县份之一。绿春县是著名的哈尼十月年长街古宴之乡,是哈尼族原始宗教文化起源的地方,是哈尼族语言标准发音的所在地,民风淳朴、民俗独特,发展旅游产业拥有巨大潜力。旅游业作为无烟产业、朝阳产业,是绿春县这种基础设施薄弱、经济建设滞后、社会发育程度不高,但民族文化浓郁、生态环境优良的边疆少数民族地区的最佳选择。本文共六个部分,第一部分介绍了选题的背景意义,研究的思路、方法和技术线路,并对存在的创新和不足做了简单分析;第二部分就本文的相关主要概念、重要理论与文献综述做了介绍;第三部分着重分析了绿春县旅游产业发展现状,包括县域经济发展概要、旅游资源评价、旅游产业发展措施及成效、存在的问题,并进行了SWOT战略分析;第四部分研究了如何构建绿春县旅游产业发展战略体系;第五部分结合绿春经济社会发展实际,提出了促进绿春县旅游产业发展提出了对策建议,包括加强文化保护、打造哈尼特色旅游、加强区域联动、加强旅游行业的开发管理、强化政府主导、加大旅游扶贫力度;第六部分形成了本文的基本研究结论,并对有待进一步研究的问题进行了说明和展望。本文的研究目的是如何发挥绿春县在哈尼民族文化和生态文明上的显著特点,探讨一条与众不同的民族文化生态旅游道路,希望能摸索出一套适合绿春县旅游产业发展的战略体系。
[Abstract]:Located in the southern part of Yunnan Province, Luchun County is one of the 25 border counties in the province, with a 153-kilometer border. The county has a population of 98.7% ethnic minorities and 87.5% Hani people. It is one of the counties with the highest proportion of the single ethnic minority population in China. Green Spring County is the famous town of Hani's ancient banquet in October and the place where the original religious culture of the Hani nationality originated. Hani language standard is the location of sound, simple folk customs, unique folklore, the development of tourism industry has great potential. Tourism as a smokeless industry, sunrise industry, is the green spring county this kind of infrastructure is weak. The economic construction lags behind, the social development degree is not high, but the national culture is rich, the ecological environment is good frontier minority areas the best choice. This article altogether has six parts, the first part has introduced the background significance of the topic. Research ideas, methods and technical lines, and the existing innovation and shortcomings of a simple analysis; The second part introduces the main concepts, important theories and literature review of this paper. The third part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the development of the tourism industry in Luchun County, including the outline of the development of the county economy, the evaluation of tourism resources, the measures and results of the development of the tourism industry, the existing problems, and the strategic analysis of SWOT. Part 4th studies how to construct the strategic system of tourism industry development in Luchun County. The 5th part combines the reality of green spring economic and social development, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green spring tourism industry, including strengthening cultural protection, creating Hani characteristic tourism, and strengthening regional linkage. Strengthen the development and management of tourism industry, strengthen the government leading, and increase the intensity of tourism poverty alleviation; Part 6th forms the basic conclusion of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to give play to the remarkable characteristics of Hani national culture and ecological civilization. It is hoped that a set of strategic system suitable for the development of tourism industry in Luchun County can be found out by exploring a unique national cultural ecotourism road.
