【摘要】：过去的十几年,我国银行卡产业发生翻天覆地的变化。当前社会内部的现金支付模式已经逐步被国内新兴的银行卡所取代,无论是当前相关的金融领域以及消费品零售领域,银行卡支付已经成为了不可或缺的一部分。银行卡产业在国民经济中占据着较大的比重,对其发展有着重要意义。同时,银行卡产业发展过程中产生的一些事件也引起了社会的广泛关注,如商户集体拒绝受理银行卡等银商纷争问题。为实现银行卡产业的健康快速发展,促进国民经济有力增长,加强政府监管必不可少。论文通过对相关文献的参考、对银行卡产业政府监管现状的关注以及对银行卡产业运作机制与政府监管关系较深入的思考,对银行卡产业发展过程中如何加强政府监管问题进行了系统研究。论文主要由五部分构成:绪论部分主要介绍研究的背景及研究的意义,综述国内外相关研究现状,阐明研究的思路、方法和研究的主要内容等。第一章主要介绍银行卡产业和政府监管的相关理论,并在此基础上探寻银行卡产业政府监管的必要性。第二章主要分析国内外银行卡产业政府监管的动态和现状,阐述国外银行卡产业政府监管方面的可借鉴经验和国内银行卡产业发展的现状。第三章为案例分析和原因剖析,是文章的重点章节。通过银行卡产业发展中引发的一些事件,分析当前银行卡产业发展中政府监管存在的问题。第四章为对策建议,对银行卡产业发展政府监管问题提出相关策略及改进措施。
[Abstract]:Over the past ten years, China's bank card industry. The current social changes turn the world upside down inside the cash payment mode has gradually been replaced by the emerging domestic bank card, whether the relevant financial sector and the retail sector, bank card payment has become an indispensable part. The bank card industry occupies a large the proportion in the national economy, plays an important role in its development. At the same time, the bank card events generated in the process of industrial development has aroused widespread concern in society, such as collective businesses refused to accept bank cards and other business disputes silver. To achieve healthy and rapid development of bank card industry, promoting the national economy strong growth, strengthen government supervision is essential. Based on the relevant literatures, the regulatory status of bank card industry the attention from the government and the operation mechanism of bank card industry and government Thinking deeply on the relationship between supervision, bank card how to strengthen the supervision of government in the industrial development process were studied. The paper consists of five parts: the introduction part mainly introduces the research background and the research significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign related research, explains the research ideas, research methods and main content. The first chapter mainly introduces the theory of bank card industry and government supervision, and on this basis to explore the necessity of government regulation of the bank card industry. The second chapter mainly analyzes the dynamic and current situation of domestic and foreign bank card industry government supervision, expounds the foreign bankcard industry government regulation can draw on the experience and the domestic status of the development of bank card industry. The third chapter is the analysis of the case analysis and reason, is the focus of the chapter. Some card event in the industry development by banks, the analysis of the current bank card industry The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions, and puts forward relevant strategies and measures to improve the government supervision of the development of the bank card industry.
