【摘要】：针对产业经济绩效评价过程中存在的不确定性问题,文章提出了一种新的基于区间直觉模糊集的产业经济绩效群评价方法。分析了影响产业经济绩效评价的主要影响因素,并利用区间直觉模糊集的评价标度来描述产业经济绩效评价中存在的不确定性和模糊性。对群决策中存在的专家博弈问题,提出采信大多数意见的方式对群专家信息进行集结,给出一种产业经济绩效群评价方法。最后实证分析了某区域内产业经济绩效评价过程,验证了研究方法的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:To solve the uncertainty problems of industrial economy in the process of performance evaluation, this paper puts forward a new industrial economic performance group evaluation method based on interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are analyzed. The main factors affecting the industrial economic performance evaluation, scale to describe the industrial economic performance evaluation of the uncertainty and fuzziness of evaluation and utilization interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The expert game problems in group decision making, the adoption of majority opinion of aggregation of group information of experts, given a group of industrial economic performance evaluation method. Finally the empirical analysis of the industrial economic performance evaluation process in a certain region, verify the rationality and feasibility of the research method.
