【摘要】：产业投资结构对经济社会发展的进步带动作用已经是经济学实践中的不争事实。经济结构的合理程度广义上决定着经济发展水平和经济发展质量,而经济结构又受制于产业结构和产业投资结构,做好了产业投资结构研究就意味着经济结构的合理规划实现一半。扬州作为江苏中部城市之一,发展具有起步晚、发展快、后劲足等特点,其城市发展特质在苏中是具有一定代表性的。要实现经济增长方式的转变、发展动力的转换,研究扬州产业投资结构情况是不错的选择。本文在借鉴前人研究基础上,结合扬州地区经济社会发展变迁实际,充分梳理国内外本专题研究进展,为扬州市产业投资结构补充一些基本性研究。本文通过对扬州1990年至2015年间投资结构相关数据的分析,从宏观上勾画了扬州产业投资结构的变迁历程,并对波动情况进行分析;从微观上对扬州的代表性行业进行实证分析,寻找更有利于促进扬州产业投资绩效的行业。然后根据前人研究进展,结合扬州地方实际先研究三大产业整体情况,后研究行业细分的由大到小思路对扬州产业投资结构进行定性定量分析。最后,根据实证结果和分析给出扬州市产业结构投资存在的问题和对策建议。认为在三大产业投资方向上要加大第一产业投资力度,巩固农业基础性地位,进一步调整第二产业投资布局,促进形成创新科学投资体系,不断拓宽第三产业投资空间,带动三产提质增效,在国民经济主要行业上要重视在重点行业引资引项目、大力发展新能源产业、顺应互联网趋势,扩大物流行业投资效率。本文由五个章节构成,第一,先总结了前人研究概况,有较早的传统经济理论,也有近年来国内对产业投资结构最新研究成果。第二,结合近25年来扬州产业投资结构相关数据,运用灰色关联理论分析了扬州产业投资结构的演进、现状和产业投资绩效问题;第三,根据扬州地方经济社会发展实际,选取了国民经济具有代表性的17个行业进行实证分析,同时本着科学全面和创新的原则制定了产业投资绩效的评价指标,通过计算得出了综合绩效排名,结合排序与近年扬州产业政策对重点行业进行分析,最后从产业整体角度和行业细分角度分别提出相应的投资政策建议,为扬州产业投资结构更好更快实现跨越提供参考。本文通过对扬州市产业投资结构由大到小的分析,从两方面提出了投资结构优化的建议,这一建议对避免出现地方重复建设和盲目投资现象,响应供给侧结构性改革要求,推动“聚力创新、聚焦富民,高水平全面建成小康社会”及对促进扬州的经济又好又稳发展有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial investment structure on economic and social progress is the leading role in the practice of economics is an indisputable fact. A reasonable degree of economic structure in general decides the economic development level and the quality of economic development, and economic structure depends on the industrial investment structure and industrial structure, the research on industrial investment structure means the rational planning of economic structure the half. Yangzhou is one of the central city of Jiangsu, the development has started late, rapid development, full of potential and other characteristics, the city development characteristics are representative in the Soviet Union. To achieve economic growth mode transformation, transformation of development power of Yangzhou, the industrial investment structure is a good choice in this paper. From the previous research basis, combined with the actual development of economic and social changes in Yangzhou region, this topic fully carding research progress at home and abroad, for industry investment in Yangzhou City Some of the basic research of structure. In this paper, through the analysis of Yangzhou from 1990 to 2015, the investment structure of the relevant data, from the macro outline of changes in the course of industry investment structure in Yangzhou, and the fluctuation is analyzed; from the micro to the Yangzhou representative industry empirical analysis, looking for more conducive to the promotion of investment performance of Yangzhou industry the industry. Then on the basis of previous research, to study the actual overall situation of three major industries of Yangzhou, after the study of industry segments from large to small investment on Yangzhou's industrial structure of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, according to the problems and Countermeasures of the empirical results and analysis are given. The industrial structure of Yangzhou city investment in the investment direction of the three major industries to increase investment in primary industry efforts to consolidate the basic position of agriculture, further adjust the layout of the second industrial investment, promote the formation of The innovation of scientific investment system, expanding the third industry investment space, driven by the three production quality and efficiency, the main industry in the national economy should pay attention to the key industries in foreign investment projects, the development of new energy industries, conform to the trend, the expansion of investment efficiency of logistics industry. This paper consists of five chapters, the first, first summarizes the previous research the traditional economic theory of early, also has the latest research achievements of the industrial investment structure in China in recent years. In second, with nearly 25 years of investment structure of Yangzhou industry related data, using the gray correlation analysis theory of the evolution of the Yangzhou industrial investment structure, industry status and performance of investment; third, according to the local economy in Yangzhou the reality of social development, selects 17 industries of the national economy representative empirical analysis, while the spirit of scientific and innovation to make the principle of industrial investment performance The evaluation index, obtained by calculating the comprehensive performance ranking, ranking and combining in Yangzhou industrial policy on key industries are analyzed, finally from the perspective of whole industry and industry subdivision angle are put forward corresponding policy suggestions for investment, Yangzhou industrial investment structure better and faster to achieve across the reference. Based on Yangzhou city investment by industry analysis to the small, the investment structure optimization suggestions from two aspects, the suggestion to avoid local repeated construction and blind investment phenomenon, the supply side response of structural reforms to promote cohesion and innovation, focusing on enriching the people, a high level of building a well-off society and to promote Yangzhou's economic development is good and steady of great significance.
