基于产业生态系统的产业竞争力研究

【摘要】：由于自然资源的不可再生性,产业发展受制于能源的缺乏,经济增长速度减慢,产业生态系统为谋求经济增长与环境保护的平衡发展提供了一种新的理论框架。但是由于经济市场的复杂性,在产业生态化过程中,只依靠市场作用是行不通的,难以促使生态系统内各经济组织形成有机联系,为此需要政府制定一定的产业生态化规则来弥补市场失效。但是,在资源配置过程中,政府规制也经常存在失灵的现象,所以政府规制也不是万能的。如何依照产业生态系统规律,构建科学的生态系统规制体系,高效配置资源,合理利用市场,是当今研究的重要课题。本文首先对国内外关于产业生态系统的相关概念、发展和成果进行了回顾,剖析了影响产业生态的因素,在学者们的研究基础上,提出了假设。在产业生态理论的基础上,通过分析丰田产业生态系统的案例资料,研究了产业生态中政府作用与市场作用的作用机制,并分析了产业生态系统中龙头企业在产业生态化过程中的作用机制,从而为我国企业进行产业生态化提供可供参考的意见和建议。本文中研究中的产业生态系统,具体指的是在产业生态链下,互相作用、互相影响的各大企业组织、个人与企业之间,凭借自身功能优势实现信息与价值及物质的共享与交换,基于此来构成附加值增加的一种经济群体。研究结果表明产业生态竞争力强于单个企业的竞争力,产业生态的形成离不开政府作用与市场作用,但政府作用是相对低次序的,且在产业生态竞争中,龙头企业与供应商企业协同共生能力越强,产业竞争力也越强。
[Abstract]:Due to the non-renewable nature of natural resources, industrial development is constrained by the lack of energy, and the economic growth rate is slowing down. Industrial ecosystem provides a new theoretical framework for the balanced development of economic growth and environmental protection, but due to the complexity of economic market, in the process of industrial ecology. Relying on the role of the market is not feasible, it is difficult to promote the economic organizations in the ecosystem to form an organic link, for this need the government to formulate certain industrial ecological rules to make up for market failure. In the process of resource allocation, government regulation often exists the phenomenon of failure, so government regulation is not omnipotent. How to build a scientific ecosystem regulation system according to the laws of industrial ecosystem. Efficient allocation of resources and rational use of the market are important topics of research today. Firstly, this paper reviews the related concepts, development and achievements of industrial ecosystem at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the industrial ecology and puts forward the hypothesis on the basis of the scholars' research. On the basis of the theory of industrial ecology, the paper analyzes the case data of Toyota's industrial ecosystem. This paper studies the action mechanism of government and market in industrial ecology, and analyzes the function mechanism of leading enterprises in the process of industrial ecology. In this paper, the industrial ecosystem, specifically refers to the interaction under the industrial ecological chain. Each big enterprise organization, individual and enterprise that influence each other, rely on their own function superiority to realize the sharing and exchange of information, value and material. The results show that the industrial ecological competitiveness is stronger than that of individual enterprises, and the formation of industrial ecology can not be separated from the role of government and market. However, the role of government is relatively low, and in the industrial ecological competition, the stronger the ability of coordination and symbiosis between leading enterprises and supplier enterprises, the stronger the industrial competitiveness.
