基于传统村镇的山西省乡村旅游产业升级研究

【摘要】：中国乡村旅游蓬勃发展的同时迫切需要升级。基于传统村镇对乡村旅游的重要性,其价值未得到有效利用也会阻碍乡村旅游升级。而山西省丰富的传统村镇资源是乡村旅游升级的重要动力。目前,针对乡村旅游产业升级的研究文献较少,更多的是对个别地区的乡村旅游进行案例研究,缺乏对升级发展机理和实践路径的深入探讨。本文将基于传统村镇的发展,依据产业布局、空间经济等相关理论,从乡村旅游产业升级的内涵,及与传统村镇的关系来把握传统村镇促进乡村旅游产业升级的机理,即从传统村镇的古建筑、传统文化、民俗风情、生态环境和地理空间五个维度来构建乡村旅游产业升级的产品升级、文化升级和规模升级机理。同时,本文通过对山西省传统村镇和乡村旅游现状进行分析,比较发现山西省传统村镇与全国的差距,并且发现山西省的传统村镇和农业旅游景点在空间上有较高的重合,同时乡村旅游目前的农业观光型、传统村镇型、农业科技型三种模式想要升级,传统村镇型是合适的路径。此外,本文从空间角度提出“中心-边缘-辐射”圈层,试图实现传统村镇从旅游资源到旅游吸引物、旅游产品到泛旅游产业、观光到休闲度假的实现乡村旅游产业升级的路径。将山西省的传统村镇按照晋北、晋中、晋东南和晋南四个区域进行划分,晋北地区以边塞军事文化为中心,坚持以文化创意型的传统村镇推动乡村旅游产业升级路径;晋中地区由于围绕省会太原市,以市场依托型的传统村镇推动乡村旅游产业升级路径;晋东南地区传统村镇数量多,以文化和特色产业联动发展的传统村镇推动乡村旅游产业升级路径;晋南地区以休闲养老型的传统村镇推动乡村旅游产业升级路径,这也是本文的创新之一。
