【摘要】：为了深圳传统产业中小企业可持续健康地发展,本文通过对深圳传统产业中小企业目前的生存状况和发展障碍进行归纳整理,分析深圳传统产业中小企业在发展历程遇到的瓶颈,并针对性地进行对策研究。本文选择代表深圳传统产业中小企业的服装、钟表、家具、黄金珠宝等行业作为研究素材,以走访、调研、座谈的方式来收集整理资料,故本文中的部分数据和观点来源于研究样本,不一定严谨,但更接近于实践。文章共分六个部分,第一章绪论部分从2012年以来深圳传统产业中小企业发展遇到的“内忧外患”,引出了在新的时期,深圳传统产业中小企业在发展过程面临的问题,并提出了研究问题的思路和方法。第二章为中小企业和传统产业前沿理论研究,为本文提供理论支撑。第三章对深圳传统产业中小企业发展作了概括性论述和研究。第四章、第五章分别以深圳服装产业和家具产业中小企业为研究对象,分别阐述深圳传统产业中小企业的发展情况、困境和对策。选取这两个产业主要是由于：这些产业在深圳具有较成熟的产业链,且中小企业知名品牌较多,已成为全国业内的领头羊,代表了该行业的最高水平。第六章结合目前制约深圳市传统产业中小企业发展遇到的瓶颈问题,分别从提高核心竞争力、构建融资平台、多渠道解决用地、完善人才引进体系、正确引导中小企业创新等五个方面提出深圳市传统产业中小企业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:For the sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises of traditional industry in Shenzhen, this paper summarizes the existing situation and obstacles of development of small and medium-sized enterprises of traditional industry in Shenzhen. This paper analyzes the bottleneck encountered by SMEs in the development of traditional industry in Shenzhen, and makes a targeted study on the countermeasures. This paper selects clothing, watches and furniture, which represent the SMEs of traditional industry in Shenzhen. Gold jewelry and other industries as research materials, to visit, research, discussion to collect data, so some of the data and views from the study samples, not necessarily rigorous, but more close to practice. The article is divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the "internal and external troubles" encountered by the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenzhen's traditional industry since 2012, which leads to a new period. The problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional industry in Shenzhen are discussed, and the research methods are put forward. The second chapter is the research on the frontier theory of SMEs and traditional industries, which provides theoretical support for this paper. The third chapter makes a general discussion and research on the development of Shenzhen traditional industry small and medium-sized enterprises. Chapter 4th, chapter 5th, respectively, the clothing industry and furniture industry in Shenzhen small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, respectively, the development of traditional industries in Shenzhen small and medium-sized enterprises. Difficulties and countermeasures. The selection of these two industries is mainly due to: these industries in Shenzhen have a more mature industrial chain, and small and medium-sized enterprises have more well-known brands, has become the national leader in the industry. Represents the highest level of the industry. The 6th chapter combines with the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of traditional industry in Shenzhen at present, respectively from improving the core competitiveness, constructing financing platform, solving land through many channels, perfecting the talent introduction system. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional industries in Shenzhen from five aspects of guiding the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
