【摘要】：快速扩张的全球化经济使产业集群发展面临很大的风险和威胁,全球金融危机的爆发更是加剧了这种动态性。如今,国际经济在复苏中依旧欠缺火候,中国国内集群企业的发展受到环境动荡的侵袭也举步维艰,构建企业动态能力是集群企业有效应对环境动荡的关键因素。因此在当前时代背景下,集群企业应该如何进行集群企业的动态能力建设以应对环境的动态调整实现可持续发展,这是学术和实践共同关注的问题,因此对于环境动态性、企业动态能力及它与产业集群竞争力的研究具有很强的理论和实践价值。本研究参考了大量文献,明确了各个理论流派的结论、贡献以及局限性,并对其进行汇总和整合,发现考察动态环境中企业动态能力与产业集群竞争力的影响关系具有重要的研究价值。于是,研究了基于环境动态性调节的企业动态能力对产业集群竞争力的影响作用。首先,本研究构建了完整的企业动态能力测量系统,涵盖了环境认知能力、学习吸收能力、协调整合能力和创新变革能力四大维度。尽管很多学者认为动态能力和产业集群竞争力在一定程度上是正相关的,但是仍然缺乏系统地考察两者之间的影响关系的研究,本文则是构建了一个系统的模型研究这两变量之间的关系,细致考察动态能力的各个方面对产业集群竞争力的影响。其次,在以往的研究中企业动态能力与产业集群竞争力的关系都是确定的,但不同的环境下,企业动态能力对产业集群竞争力可能存在相反或者是不同程度的影响。鉴于现有研究中考察动态能力与产业集群竞争力影响关系潜在调节变量的文献少之又少,本文引入了环境动态性作为该影响关系的调节变量,进一步考察企业动态能力对产业集群竞争力的影响机制,填补了理论研究的空白。最后,根据数据分析和讨论得出以下结论:企业动态能力及其四个维度与产业集群竞争力、集群显性竞争力和集群隐形竞争力之间的相关关系均很显著。企业动态能力及其四个维度对产业集群竞争力和集群隐性竞争力的影响,均受到环境动态性的显著调节作用。根据实证研究结果,提出两点企业实践的建议:(1)集群企业应注重构建企业动态能力;(2)集群企业应注重平衡企业动态能力与环境动态性的关系。文章最后给出了本文研究的创新与不足点。创新点包括构建了完整的企业动态能力测量系统、系统地考察动态能力对产业集群竞争力的影响以及引入了环境动态性的调节效应进行考察。不足点包括对变量的拆分解构不够全面、缺乏纵向数据对比以及研究对象的局限性。
[Abstract]:The rapid expansion of the global economy makes the development of industrial clusters face great risks and threats, and the outbreak of the global financial crisis has exacerbated this dynamic. Today, the international economy is still short of fire in the recovery. The development of domestic cluster enterprises in China is also difficult to be attacked by environmental turbulence. Building dynamic capability is the key factor for cluster enterprises to deal with environmental turbulence effectively. Therefore, under the background of the current era. How to build the dynamic capacity of cluster enterprises to cope with the dynamic adjustment of the environment to achieve sustainable development is a common concern of academic and practical issues, so for the dynamic environment. The study of enterprise dynamic ability and its competitiveness with industrial clusters has a strong theoretical and practical value. This study refers to a large number of literature, clear the conclusions of various theoretical schools, contributions and limitations. And it is summarized and integrated to find that it is important to study the relationship between enterprise dynamic capability and the competitiveness of industrial clusters in the dynamic environment. Therefore, it is of great value to investigate the relationship between the dynamic capabilities of enterprises and the competitiveness of industrial clusters. This paper studies the impact of dynamic capability of enterprises on the competitiveness of industrial clusters based on the environmental dynamic regulation. Firstly, this study constructs a complete measurement system of enterprise dynamic capability, which covers the environmental cognitive ability. Learning absorptive ability, coordination and integration ability and innovation and change ability are four dimensions, although many scholars think that dynamic ability and industrial cluster competitiveness are positively related to some extent. However, there is still a lack of systematic study on the relationship between the two, this paper is to build a systematic model to study the relationship between the two variables. The impact of dynamic capabilities on the competitiveness of industrial clusters. Secondly, in previous studies, the relationship between enterprise dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitiveness is determined, but under different circumstances. The influence of dynamic capability on the competitiveness of industrial clusters may have opposite or varying degrees. In view of the existing research on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and industrial cluster competitiveness potential regulatory variables are rare. This paper introduces environmental dynamics as the regulating variable of the influence relationship, and further studies the influence mechanism of enterprise dynamic capability on the competitiveness of industrial clusters, and fills up the blank of theoretical research. According to the data analysis and discussion, the following conclusions are drawn: the dynamic capability of enterprises and its four dimensions and the competitiveness of industrial clusters. The correlation between the dominant competitiveness of clusters and the invisible competitiveness of clusters is very significant. The influence of dynamic capability and its four dimensions on the competitiveness of industrial clusters and the hidden competitiveness of clusters. According to the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward two suggestions on the practice of enterprises: 1) the cluster enterprises should pay attention to the construction of the dynamic capability of enterprises; (2) Cluster enterprises should pay attention to balance the relationship between dynamic capability and dynamic environment. Finally, the paper gives the innovation and deficiency of this paper. The innovation includes the construction of a complete enterprise dynamic capability measurement system. The influence of dynamic capability on the competitiveness of industrial clusters and the adjustment effect of introducing environmental dynamics are systematically investigated. The deficiency includes the disassembly of variables and the deconstruction of variables is not comprehensive enough. Lack of longitudinal data contrast and limitations of research objects.
