产业链的垂直整合策略研究综述

【摘要】：产业链之间的横纵整合已成为现代企业扩张的重要发展模式。垂直整合是指通过兼并生产、分销等产业链的不同阶段,以达到外部交易内部化的经济目的。由垂直整合策略引发的反竞争效应和效率增进效应一直是学术界研究的焦点问题。从理论探索与实证研究相结合的角度系统归纳梳理和评述近几十年来关于产业链垂直整合的主要动因,综合考察垂直整合策略产生的正反双重效应及对整个产业链上下游社会福利和企业绩效的影响,为纵向关系理论的进一步拓展提供理论基础和实证依据。最后,在对已有文献总结凝练的基础上,提出未来垂直整合策略研究的新视角,以促进相关领域的理论深入与研究。
[Abstract]:The vertical and horizontal integration between the industrial chain has become an important development mode of modern enterprise expansion. Vertical integration refers to the different stages of production through mergers, distribution of the industrial chain, to achieve external internal transactions for economic purposes. Anti competitive effects and efficiency caused by the vertical integration strategy to enhance effect has been the focus of academic research from the angle of system. Theoretical exploration and empirical research concludes and comments on the motivation of the main industry chain vertical integration in recent decades, the positive and negative double effect comprehensive study of vertical integration strategy and the influence on the whole industry chain of social welfare and business performance, for the vertical relationship theory provides the theory to further expand the foundation and empirical basis. Finally, based on the concise summary of the existing literature, and put forward a new perspective for future research of vertical integration strategy, to promote the related. The theory of domain is deep and studied.
