【摘要】：产业结构优化研究是产业经济学的最重要的领域之一。转变经济发展方式的核心是产业结构优化升级,产业结构优化也是东北地区的振兴的关键。在东北振兴战略和大连金普新区建设的背景下,研究大连市产业结构优化水平和发展路径具有重要的现实意义。本文在充分理解产业结构优化相关理论的基础上,分别从产业结构理论、产业结构优化内涵、产业结构优化理论三方面阐述产业机构优化的相关理论。在全面梳理大连市产业结构演进历史、现状及结构优化中的障碍后,总结国内先进城市产业结构优化经验。本文依托2009-2013年大连市产业结构相关数据,对大连市产业结构优化水平进行测度,测度以大连市为中心,同时以辽宁省14市为参照对象从空间和时间两个维度剖析大连市产业结构优化水平变化规律和大连市在区域产业结构优化中的核心地位。在借鉴国内先进城市产业结构优化经验的基础上,基于产业结构优化的高度化、合理化、国际化的思考,提出建设产业结构优化先导区来进一步优化大连市产业结构,并提出大连市建设产业结构优化先导区的战略构想、空间布局以及保障措施。
[Abstract]:The research of industrial structure optimization is one of the most important fields of industrial economics. The core of changing the mode of economic development is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. The optimization of industrial structure is also the key to the revitalization of Northeast China. Under the background of the strategy of revitalization in Northeast China and the construction of Jinpu New District in Dalian. It is of great practical significance to study the level and development path of industrial structure optimization in Dalian. On the basis of fully understanding the relevant theories of industrial structure optimization, this paper respectively from the industrial structure theory, industrial structure optimization connotation. Industrial structure optimization theory of three aspects of industrial organization optimization theory. After a comprehensive combing of Dalian's industrial structure evolution history, the status quo and obstacles in structural optimization. Based on the relevant data of industrial structure in Dalian from 2009 to 2013, this paper measures the level of industrial structure optimization in Dalian, and measures Dalian as the center. At the same time, taking 14 cities of Liaoning Province as reference object, this paper analyzes the changing law of industrial structure optimization level and the core position of Dalian city in the optimization of regional industrial structure from two dimensions of space and time. Based on the experience of industrial structure optimization. Based on the thinking of the optimization of industrial structure, the paper puts forward the construction of industrial structure optimization pilot area to further optimize the industrial structure of Dalian. The paper also puts forward the strategic conception, spatial layout and safeguard measures for optimizing the industrial structure of Dalian.
