旅游产业融合对革命老区减贫的作用机制及其实践模式

【摘要】：旅游产业融合在扶贫工作中具有经济带动效应强、辐射范围大、受益面广等优势,对革命老区减贫作用显著,是革命老区可持续旅游扶贫的新途径。在评价革命老区旅游扶贫主要成就和突出问题的基础上,分析了旅游产业内部融合、旅游产业外部融合和旅游产业引导融合三种类型对革命老区减贫的作用机制,从"旅游业+第一、二、三产业"的维度总结了革命老区几种常见的旅游产业融合业态,从政府、企业、民间组织、当地居民、游客等方面提出了革命老区旅游产业融合发展对策。
[Abstract]:The integration of tourism industry in poverty alleviation work has the advantages of strong economic driving effect, wide range of radiation, wide range of benefits, and so on, and plays a significant role in reducing poverty in the old revolutionary areas. It is a new way of sustainable tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary areas. Based on the evaluation of the main achievements and outstanding problems of the tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary areas, this paper analyzes the internal integration of the tourism industry. Tourism industry external integration and tourism industry integration of three types of poverty reduction in the old revolutionary areas, from the "tourism first, second." The dimension of "three industries" summarizes several common forms of tourism industry convergence in the old revolutionary areas, and puts forward countermeasures for the integration and development of tourism industry in the old revolutionary areas from the aspects of government, enterprises, non-governmental organizations, local residents, tourists, and so on.
