北大荒米业集团产业链整合策略研究

【摘要】：北大荒米业集团是当前具有代表性的产业链应用集团,主要经营的产品为稻米。北大荒米业集团针对稻米产业分别进行了横向的整合以及纵向的整合,从而使集团的生产、加工、销售过程更加完善。本文以北大荒米业集团的产业链整合为研究对象,在国内外研究综述和产业关联、核心专长、价值链等理论分析的基础上,通过对该集团产业多元化生产环节的横向整合和产业链生产、加工、营销、科研等环节方面纵向整合现状的分析,发现其产业链整合存在产业链各环节运行效率亟待提高、产销对接程度不足、横向协同效果有待改善等问题。根据该集团产业链整合的目标,从以高端米生产为核心、以产品创新为中心、以品牌为重点产业的横向整合和以生产、加工、营销、产业协调管理、科研产业的纵向整合提出了适合该集团的对策建议。
