甘泉县蔬菜产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：蔬菜可为人们在日常生活中供给多种营养元素。蔬菜产业是甘泉县农业和农村经济发展的主导产业,已成为甘泉县统筹城乡经济发展、农民增收致富的首选产业。然而伴随着现代农业蔬菜产业的不断发展,各种影响蔬菜产业持续发展的问题也不断出现。本文拟通过下乡调查研究甘泉县蔬菜产业的发展状况和存在问题,分析总结出适合甘泉县蔬菜产业发展的思路规划和对策措施,以期为甘泉蔬菜产业的发展提供理论依据、发展思路和探索对策。对此,在今后的蔬菜产业发展中,甘泉县应该创新发展思路和工作方法,按照本县发展现代农业的思路目标,以生态循环农业为发展主线,以高效设施蔬菜为主导产业,加快设施蔬菜产业基地规模化、生产标准化、服务配套化、经营产业化建设进程,实现蔬菜产业的优化升级。下乡调研表明,甘泉县蔬菜产业在发展的过程中存在问题有(1)蔬菜规模发展不平衡;(2)土地流转困难;(3)产供销一体化不完善;(4)群众文化和生产技术水平相对滞后;(5)专业技术服务队伍不足;(6)生产布局不合理;(7)有连作障碍;(8)加工包装、冷链物流系统建设滞后;(9)蔬菜产品集中上市经济效益不可观。面对以上提到的具体问题,本文试图通过对照国内蔬菜产业发展的成功经验,依照甘泉县的农业发展情况,提出如下针对性建议和对策:在甘泉县蔬菜产业的发展过程中,以现代农业园区建设为重点,坚持科技引领,龙头带动,依据甘泉县农业产业发展特点,加快蔬菜产业结构布局规划,大力发展规划建设210国道沿线和洛河沿岸绿色蔬菜产业带,推广绿色蔬菜标准生产技术,配套完善各项服务措施,扎实推进甘泉蔬菜产业向现代农业的可持续发展。具体措施如下:(1)重视基础环节,稳步扩大规模;(2)整合土地资源,发展现代农业;(3)引进和发展龙头企业,扶持专业合作社;(4)加强新型农民技术培训;(5)做好蔬菜产业结构布局规划和调整;(6)加强蔬菜生产环境监测和保护;(7)加快蔬菜深加工,建立健全蔬菜生产标准化体系;(8)推广新优技术,解决连作障碍问题;(9)建立完善的蔬菜信息网络系统。
[Abstract]:Vegetable industry is the leading industry of agriculture and rural economic development in Ganquan County, which has become the overall planning of urban and rural economic development in Ganquan County. However, with the development of modern agricultural vegetable industry, farmers' income and wealth is the first choice. A variety of problems affecting the sustainable development of the vegetable industry are also emerging. This paper intends to study the development and problems of vegetable industry in Ganquan County through rural investigation. This paper analyzes and summarizes the thinking planning and countermeasures suitable for the development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County in order to provide theoretical basis, development ideas and exploration countermeasures for the development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County. In the future vegetable industry development, Ganquan County should innovate the development ideas and working methods, according to the development of modern agriculture in this county, the development of ecological circular agriculture as the main line of development. Take the high efficiency facility vegetable as the leading industry, speed up the facility vegetable industry base scale, the production standardization, the service matching, the management industrialization construction process, realizes the vegetable industry optimization promotion. In the process of development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County, there are problems such as (1) unbalanced development of vegetable scale; (2) difficulty in land circulation; (3) the integration of production, supply and marketing is not perfect; (4) the level of mass culture and production technology lags behind; (5) lack of professional and technical service team; (6) unreasonable layout of production; (7) continuous cropping disorders; Processing packaging, cold chain logistics system construction lags behind; In the face of the above mentioned specific problems, this paper tries to compare the successful experience of domestic vegetable industry development, according to the agricultural development situation of Ganquan County. Put forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: in the process of development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County, focus on the construction of modern agricultural park, adhere to the scientific and technological guidance, leading the leading, according to the characteristics of the development of agricultural industry in Ganquan County. We will speed up the layout planning of vegetable industry, vigorously develop and build green vegetable industrial zones along the 210 National Road and along the Luohe River, popularize the standard production technology of green vegetables, and complete and improve various service measures. We should firmly promote the sustainable development of the vegetable industry in Ganquan to modern agriculture. The specific measures are as follows: 1) attach importance to the basic links and steadily expand the scale; 2) integrating land resources and developing modern agriculture; Introducing and developing leading enterprises and supporting professional cooperatives; (4) strengthening the technical training of new farmers; Planning and adjusting the layout of vegetable industry structure; (6) strengthening environmental monitoring and protection of vegetable production; (7) speeding up the deep processing of vegetables and establishing and perfecting the standardized system of vegetable production; (8) popularizing new and excellent technology to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle; Establish a perfect vegetable information network system.
