基于DEA模型的天津金融产业集聚效率研究

【摘要】：金融产业在国民经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,快速发展的金融产业正在逐步的向集群发展方式过渡。全球化的经济增加了资本要素在国际间的流动性,资本要素对金融产业尤为重要,预示着金融产业必然要向国际化道路迈进,金融产业集聚现象无论是在国家层面还是国际层面,都显得越来越突出。金融产业集聚不单单是看规模和速度,更重要的是要看效率,金融产业集聚是否达到有效的状态,是关系到整个金融产业是否能够良好发展的重要因素。天津市作为四大直辖市之一,又是环渤海经济圈的重要组成,更是因为近年来国家政策的大力扶持和帮助,金融行业有了突飞猛进的发展。随着一大批金融机构将总部或者分支机构迁入天津,天津在金融产业集聚方面已经初具规模,逐步形成较为齐全的金融产业服务体系。金融产业集聚是研究集聚效率的基础,而效率的提高又是促进金融产业集聚的重要力量,因此研究天津市金融产业集聚效率水平不但可以提升金融产业集聚进程、促进金融产业的快速发展,而且有助于提高国民经济的发展水平。本文以天津市金融产业集聚及集聚效率为研究对象。首先,介绍金融产业集聚以及集聚效率方面的理论知识,金融产业的复合性、层次性和递进性决定了对其研究是综合的、复杂的;其次,分析金融产业集聚程度,四种测度方法的对比分析表明各测量结果虽然有一定的差别,但总体趋势表明天津市金融产业集聚正在逐步的加强,规模正在扩大,通过数据分析得知天津市稳定的金融市场秩序、蓬勃发展的金融机构以及逐年增加的产业增加值为其发展金融产业集聚奠定了基础;然后,运用DEA模型对天津市金融产业集聚效率进行分析,在CCR和BCC模型下,除了个别年份未达到有效状态外,其他年份都表现出有效状态,并通过超效率模型分析天津与北京两市以及河北、山东和辽宁三省之间的差异,分析自身的优势和不足;最后,通过前文的分析研究,提出一些可以促进金融产业集聚和提高金融产业集聚效率的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Financial industry plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy. The rapid development of financial industry is gradually changing to the mode of cluster development. The global economy has increased the mobility of capital elements in the international community. Capital is particularly important to the financial industry, indicating that the financial industry is bound to move towards internationalization. The phenomenon of financial industry agglomeration is not only at the national level but also at the international level. Financial industry agglomeration not only depends on the scale and speed, but also depends on the efficiency, whether the financial industry agglomeration has reached an effective state. Tianjin, as one of the four municipalities directly under the Central Government, is an important component of the Bohai Economic Circle. Because of the strong support and help of national policies in recent years, the financial industry has made rapid development. With a large number of financial institutions will be the headquarters or branches of Tianjin. Tianjin has begun to take shape in the area of financial industry agglomeration, gradually forming a relatively complete financial industry service system. Financial industry agglomeration is the basis for the study of agglomeration efficiency. The improvement of efficiency is an important force to promote the financial industry agglomeration, so the study of Tianjin financial industry agglomeration efficiency level can not only improve the financial industry agglomeration process, promote the rapid development of financial industry. And it is helpful to improve the development level of national economy. This paper takes Tianjin financial industry agglomeration and agglomeration efficiency as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the theoretical knowledge of financial industry agglomeration and agglomeration efficiency. The study of financial industry is comprehensive and complex because of its complexity, hierarchy and progression. Secondly, the degree of financial industry agglomeration is analyzed. The comparative analysis of four measurement methods shows that although there are some differences in the measurement results, the overall trend shows that the financial industry agglomeration in Tianjin is gradually strengthening. The scale is expanding, through the analysis of data, we know that the stable financial market order in Tianjin, the booming financial institutions and the increasing value added of industry have laid the foundation for the development of financial industry agglomeration. Then, using the DEA model to analyze the efficiency of financial industry agglomeration in Tianjin, in the CCR and BCC models, except for a few years did not reach the effective state, the other years all showed the effective state. The differences between Tianjin and Beijing, as well as Hebei, Shandong and Liaoning provinces are analyzed by super efficiency model, and their own advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Finally, through the above analysis and research, some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the agglomeration of financial industry and improve the efficiency of financial industry agglomeration.
