基于科学的创新与产业技术能力构建——基于中日美生物技术产业的比较分析

【摘要】：产业"基于科学"的创新模式的重要性日益突出,同时这类创新模式对战略性新兴产业技术能力的合理构建也提出了更高要求。以生物技术产业为例,采用专利技术组合分析方法,对中日美三国在生物技术产业"基于科学"的创新特征、产业技术能力体系及二者的相对匹配性进行比较研究。研究发现,我国在生物技术产业的科学关联度及在技术能力构建等方面均与日美存在差距。在当前我国创新驱动产业升级的关键时期,应注重产业创新向产业链前端的科学研究与产业链后端的技术开发的双向延伸,为产业创新升级提供更多可能性。
[Abstract]:The importance of the innovation model based on science is becoming more and more important. At the same time, this kind of innovation mode also puts forward higher requirements for the rational construction of the technological capability of the strategic emerging industry. Take the biotechnology industry as an example, By using the method of patent technology combination analysis, this paper makes a comparative study on the innovation characteristics, industrial technological capability system and their relative matching in the biotechnology industry of China, Japan and the United States. There is a gap between our country and Japan and the United States in the scientific correlation degree of biotechnology industry and the construction of technological capability. We should pay attention to the bidirectional extension of industrial innovation from scientific research to the front end of industrial chain and technology development at the back end of industrial chain to provide more possibilities for upgrading industrial innovation.
