【摘要】：正北京交通大学中国产业安全研究中心博士后科研工作站(以下简称工作站),于2008年6月经国家人力资源和社会保障部(人社部发【2008】43号)批准设立,并于2010年9月经全国博士后管理委员会(博管办【2010】51号文)批复,获得独立招收博士后研究人员的资格。工作站成立以来,秉承"以人为本、以人的发展为核心"理念,坚持"成就人,成就于人"的核心价值观,创新培养模式,累计招收和培养博士后科研人员500余人,目前已发展成为全国规模最大
