中国海洋产业结构有序度研究

【摘要】：文章在马尔柯夫模型框架下建立了海洋产业结构最小偏离模型,采用OLS法估算出一步转移概率矩阵,并对其精度进行了验证,预测到2030年我国海洋产业结构变动状况。研究分别选取2020年、2025年和2030年的产业结构为参照标准,测算了2001—2016年我国海洋产业结构有序度,结果显示我国海洋产业结构呈现动态优化过程;选取2030年的产业结构作为参照标准,测算"十二五"期间沿海各地区海洋产业结构有序度,发现各地区海洋产业有序度均有不同程度的提高。鉴于此,有序度对衡量海洋产业结构调整情况有显著意义,而距离目标有序度的差异程度则是影响海洋产业未来发展方向的关键因素。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the minimum deviation model of marine industrial structure is established under the frame of Markov model. The one-step transition probability matrix is estimated by using OLS method, and its precision is verified. The changes of marine industrial structure in China by 2030 are predicted. The industrial structure of China from 2020 to 2025 and 2025 is selected as the reference standard, and the order degree of marine industrial structure in China from 2001 to 2016 is calculated. The results show that the marine industrial structure of our country presents a dynamic optimization process, and takes the industrial structure of 2030 as the reference standard to calculate the ordered degree of the marine industrial structure in the coastal areas during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. It is found that the degree of order of marine industry in different regions has been improved to some extent. In view of this, the degree of order has significant significance in measuring the adjustment of marine industrial structure. The degree of order of distance is the key factor to influence the future development direction of marine industry.
