我国新一代信息技术产业自主创新能力评价研究

【摘要】：文章以我国新一代信息技术产业为研究对象,从自主研发的活动能力、创新成果的科研产出能力以及商业产出能力等三个方面构建了产业自主创新能力的评价指标体系。运用结构方程模型建立评价模型,并以我国新一代信息技术产业相关18个子行业2009-2015年的面板数据为研究样本,对自主创新能力评价指标的合理性进行评价和实证分析。
[Abstract]:This article takes the new generation of information technology industry in China as the research object, from the activity ability of independent research and development, The evaluation index system of industrial independent innovation ability is constructed from three aspects: scientific research output ability and commercial output ability of innovation achievement. The evaluation model is established by using structural equation model. Based on the panel data of 18 sub-industries related to the new generation of information technology industry in China from 2009 to 2015, this paper evaluates the rationality of the evaluation index of independent innovation ability and makes an empirical analysis.
