烟台市林业产业博览园规划研究

【摘要】：莱阳市地处胶东半岛腹地,当地盛产梨,是我国著名“梨乡”。莱阳市在烟台市以西,交通通信发达,自然资源丰富,为促进莱阳经济社会发展和现代林业建设提供了有利条件。目标规划区域位于胶东半岛最大的河流之一五龙河流域内,为林业产业博览园的建设打下了深厚的自然资源基础。本文以烟台林业产业博览园的规划建设为研究对象,运用文献研究与资料收集法、比较与系统方法、实地调研法、归纳方法,阐明烟台林业产业博览园的规划方式及规划理念。主要包含以下三个方面:(1)如何定义林业产业博览园,对比国内外林业产业博览园现状,总结国内外林业产业博览园特征、优势及不足。(2)对如何建设林业产业博览园进行探讨,分析林业产业博览园应具备的要素,探究林业产业博览园的规划理念及法则。(3)烟台林业产业博览园规划设计。根据研究总结林业产业博览园相关理论,对烟台林业产业博览园项目进行规划设计。主园区总建设面积1164公顷。根据需求及用地分析,将主园区划分为:林业观光旅游区、科普养生区、优良树种培育区、花卉种植示范区、国外名优品种引种区、林下经济示范区、林产品交易区、休闲采摘园八个功能区。本文在对项目的规划设计中,将各个分区通过交通及种植连接,根据各个分区的功能需求及现状进行道路、种植、基础设施规划设计。合理地安排功能区位置,形成成熟的产业体系。最后对其进行相关建设经济指标估算。本文通过烟台林业产业博览园的规划设计建设,旨在探索如何形成集休闲观光旅游、农林产品经营、休闲养生、绿色生态于一身的林业产业博览园体系,以及如何最大限度发挥林业产业博览园的功能效益。以期能对今后林业产业博览园的规划建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:Laiyang City is located in the hinterland of Jiaodong Peninsula and is rich in pears. Laiyang City is a famous "pear town" in China. Laiyang City is located west of Yantai City, with developed communications and rich natural resources. It provides favorable conditions for promoting economic and social development and modern forestry construction in Laiyang. The target planning area is located in the Wulong River Basin, one of the largest rivers in the Jiaodong Peninsula. This paper takes the planning and construction of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park as the research object, using the methods of literature research and data collection, comparison and systematic method, field investigation, etc. In this paper, the planning method and planning idea of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park are expounded. It mainly includes the following three aspects: 1) how to define the Forest Industry Expo Garden, and how to compare the present situation of the Forest Industry Expo Garden at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of forestry industry expo garden at home and abroad, probes into how to construct forestry industry expo garden, and analyses the essential factors that forestry industry expo garden should possess. This paper probes into the planning ideas and rules of forestry industry expo garden. (3) the planning and design of Yantai forestry industry expo garden. According to the research, the relevant theories of forestry industry expo garden are summarized. The project of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park is planned and designed. The total construction area of the main park is 1164 hectares. According to the analysis of demand and land use, the main park is divided into: forestry sightseeing tourism area, science popularization and health preservation area, and cultivation area of fine tree species. Flower planting demonstration area, introduction area of foreign famous and excellent varieties, economic demonstration area under forest, trade area of forest products, leisure picking garden, etc. In the planning and design of the project, each district is connected by transportation and planting. Planning and design of road, planting and infrastructure according to the functional needs and present situation of each sub-district. Form a mature industrial system. Finally, estimate the relevant construction economic indicators. Through the planning, design and construction of Yantai Forestry Industry Expo Park, the purpose of this paper is to explore how to form a collection of leisure tourism, agricultural and forestry products management, leisure health, The system of forestry industry expo park with green ecology, and how to exert the function benefit of forestry industry expo garden to the maximum extent, in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of forestry industry expo park in the future.
