敖汉旗沙棘产业发展研究

【摘要】：沙棘是一种灌术,其特点是根系发达,耐早、耐寒,是国家退耕还林过程中优先选择的树种。放汉旗种植沙棘已经有三十多年的历史,在充分利用其生态效益的基础上,也在不断的开发其经济效益与社会效益,因此,沙棘产业便开始兴起,沙棘产品的营养价值也逐渐被人们所认识。沙棘加工企业对地区经济的带动作用也越来越明显。并且经过长期的发展,放汉旗沙棘产业已经累积成了比较牢固的基础。本文首先对敖汉旗自然环境与沙棘的种植历史以及沙棘对敖放汉旗的重要意义进行了描述,分析敖汉旗沙棘种植面积的变化情况、沙棘育种情况、沙棘的种植模式、加工情况、销售情况、企农关系情况、政府投资情况。就目前的现状来看,还是存在着比较突出的问题,如沙棘经济林的种植面积比重较小,企业的发展较慢,企业与农户的利益联接不稳定,政府的协调保障措施不到位等。这些问题导致了沙棘产业的效益得不到充分的开发与利用。在综合分析的基础上对如何促进敖汉旗沙棘产业的发展提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Hippophae rhamnoides (Hippophae rhamnoides) is a kind of irrigation technique, which is characterized by its developed root system, early tolerance and cold tolerance, and is the preferred tree species in the process of returning farmland to forest. Hippophae rhamnoides has been planted in the flag of Han Dynasty for more than 30 years, on the basis of making full use of its ecological benefits. The economic and social benefits of Hippophae rhamnoides have also been continuously developed. Therefore, the Hippophae rhamnoides industry has begun to rise. The nutritional value of Hippophae rhamnoides products has been gradually recognized by people. Hippophae rhamnoides processing enterprises are also playing a more and more obvious role in driving the regional economy. And after a long period of development, The industry of Hippophae rhamnoides (Hippophae rhamnoides) in the flag of the Han Dynasty has been accumulated as a solid foundation. This paper analyzes the changes in the planting area of Hippophae rhamnoides in Aohan Banner, the breeding situation of Hippophae rhamnoides, the planting pattern, processing situation, sales situation, the relationship between enterprises and farmers, and the situation of government investment. There are still some outstanding problems, such as the small proportion of planted area of Hippophae rhamnoides economic forest, the slow development of enterprises, and the unstable connection between enterprises and farmers' interests. These problems lead to the insufficient development and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides industry. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of Hippophae rhamnoides industry in Aohan Banner are put forward.
