A钢铁公司产业链延伸中战略联盟及其稳定性研究

【摘要】:在我国钢铁企业实施钢材深加工发展战略的大背景下,本文以A钢铁公司产业链的延伸为例,通过“A公司-B公司”战略联盟来发展深加工产业的具体对策,分析钢铁行业延伸产业链过程中战略联盟的必然性和可行性,并着重探讨战略联盟的稳定性的问题。钢铁行业内研究战略联盟问题的理论探讨较少,以此为主题,具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。首先,阐述了当前钢铁行业的背景,并回顾了国内外钢铁企业深加工产业链延伸发展的现状及模式;指出钢材深加工发展战略研究对当前我国钢铁企业的重大意义。其次,阐述企业战略联盟,明确企业战略联盟的含义、特点和分类,介绍企业战略联盟的最新理论研究前沿,特别是战略联盟稳定性的相关理论,为后续章节探讨论文奠定基础;再次,通过A钢铁公司内部环境及钢材深加工现状的分析,总结优势、劣势;以A钢铁公司的钢材深加工发展战略和“A钢铁公司-B制造公司”战略联盟为样本,对双方联盟发生的必然和可行性进行探讨;运用价值结构的方法对战略成员进行分析;第四,总结战略联盟存在的现实问题,着重对战略联盟的稳定性进行研究;通过联盟发展的几个阶段的比较,选择四组有重要影响的因子作为变量,分析影响稳定性的关键因素。第五,对战略联盟做出相关的策略建议。最后,得出相关的结论,试图通过该案例分析使该钢铁公司的深加工发展思路更加清晰,也为同类企业的发展和产业联盟的建立起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of carrying out the development strategy of steel deep processing in Chinese iron and steel enterprises, this paper takes the extension of industrial chain of A iron and steel company as an example, through the strategic alliance of "A company-B company" to develop the specific countermeasures of deep processing industry. This paper analyzes the inevitability and feasibility of strategic alliance in the process of extending industry chain of iron and steel industry, and emphasizes on the stability of strategic alliance. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value. Firstly, the background of current iron and steel industry is expounded, and the present situation and mode of the extension and development of deep processing industry chain in domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises are reviewed. This paper points out the great significance of the research on the development strategy of steel deep processing for the present iron and steel enterprises in our country. Secondly, it expounds the strategic alliance of the enterprise, defines the meaning, characteristics and classification of the strategic alliance of the enterprise, and introduces the latest theoretical research frontier of the strategic alliance of the enterprise. Especially, the theory of stability of strategic alliance lays a foundation for the following chapters; thirdly, through the analysis of internal environment of A steel company and the status quo of steel deep processing, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages; Taking the development strategy of steel products of A Steel Company and the strategic alliance of "A Iron and Steel Company B Manufacturing Company" as samples, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the alliance between the two sides, analyzes the strategic members by using the method of value structure; 4th, Summarize the practical problems of strategic alliance, focus on the stability of strategic alliance, select four groups of influential factors as variables through the comparison of several stages of alliance development. This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the stability. 5th, makes the relevant strategic recommendations to the strategic alliance. Finally, it draws the relevant conclusions, and attempts to make the further processing development thinking of the steel company clearer through the case study. Also for the development of similar enterprises and the establishment of industrial alliances play a certain reference role.
