高职院校服务产业结构升级动态能力构建及培育路径

【摘要】：产业结构升级是产业不断调整优化的动态演进过程,随着其逐步深入,对人才结构、规模、规格的需求正在发生根本性转变。提供优质的动态服务,供给契合产业动态需求的高素质技术技能人才成为高职院校的主要任务。本文基于动态能力理论,提出了高职院校服务产业结构升级动态能力,分析高职院校服务产业结构升级动态能力的必要性及构成要素,并探索培育路径,实现高职院校可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of industrial structure is a dynamic evolution process of continuous adjustment and optimization of industry. With its gradual deepening, the demand for talent structure, scale and specifications is undergoing a fundamental transformation. It is the main task of higher vocational colleges to supply high-quality technical and technical talents that meet the dynamic demand of industry. Based on the theory of dynamic ability, this paper puts forward the dynamic ability of upgrading the service industry structure of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes on the necessity and elements of the dynamic ability of upgrading the service industry structure in higher vocational colleges and explores the cultivation path to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
