辽宁省文化产业发展对经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化和信息化的深入推进,文化产业与科技、经济日益呈现出加速融合的趋势,文化产业的地位愈发重要,其拉动国民经济发展的效应逐渐突显出来。如何正确分析文化产业对于地区经济发展的重要作用,并充分利用文化产业发展优势更好地服务经济增长,推动文化和经济的深入融合发展,是需要认真分析和研究的课题。本文首先梳理了国内外关于文化产业与经济增长关系的相关研究,对文化产业和经济增长进行了界定,分别从两个层面分析了文化产业发展对经济增长直接影响和间接影响,为进一步实证研究辽宁省文化产业发展对经济增长的影响奠定了理论基础。其次,主要基于产业发展基础和产业创新分析了辽宁省文化产业发展的基本现状,从经济总量、产业结构、财政收支以及居民收支方面梳理了辽宁省经济增长的基本情况。再次,为了增强理论阐述的科学性说服力,本文运用因子分析法分别对辽宁省文化产业与经济增长进行了综合评价,在此基础上,构建数理模型对二者进行了协整检验,结果表明:滞后期较短时,文化产业是经济增长的成因,且对经济增长具有杠杆效应;滞后期较长时,文化产业与经济增长互为因果关系,二者相互影响、协调发展。最后,综合理论分析和实证研究的相关结论,本文从调整经济发展结构、夯实文化产业基础、增强文化产业创新能力以及提升文化消费水平等方面提出了相关对策建议,为辽宁省进一步协调文化产业与经济增长提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the economy is becoming more and more integrated, and the status of cultural industry is becoming more and more important. How to correctly analyze the important role of cultural industry in regional economic development, and make full use of the advantages of cultural industry development to better serve economic growth, To promote the deep integration of culture and economy is a subject that needs careful analysis and research. Firstly, this paper combs the related research on the relationship between cultural industry and economic growth at home and abroad, and defines the cultural industry and economic growth. This paper analyzes the direct and indirect effects of the development of cultural industry on economic growth from two aspects, which lays a theoretical foundation for further empirical study on the impact of cultural industry development on economic growth in Liaoning Province. Mainly based on the foundation of industrial development and industrial innovation, this paper analyzes the basic status quo of cultural industry development in Liaoning Province, combing the basic situation of Liaoning Province's economic growth from the aspects of total economic volume, industrial structure, financial revenue and expenditure, and residents' income and expenditure. Again, In order to enhance the scientific persuasion of the theory, this paper uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the cultural industry and economic growth in Liaoning Province respectively. On this basis, a mathematical model is constructed to test the cointegration between the two. The results show that the cultural industry is the cause of economic growth and has a leverage effect on economic growth when the lag period is relatively short, and the cultural industry and economic growth have a causal relationship with each other when the lag period is longer, and they affect each other and develop harmoniously. Synthesizing the relevant conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from adjusting the structure of economic development, strengthening the foundation of cultural industry, strengthening the innovation ability of cultural industry and improving the level of cultural consumption. For Liaoning Province to further coordinate cultural industry and economic growth to provide a reference.
