中国汽车产业IFDI所有权结构与技术溢出效应研究

【摘要】：FDI的快速发展已成为当代世界经济热议的话题,尤其在我国的汽车产业中较为突出。一方面,合资生产为外资企业的投资带来了新的契机,另一方面,由于缺乏核心技术,造成对汽车强国企业的技术依赖,从而导致自主创新能力不足,自主品牌发展缓慢。因此,FDI所有权结构和技术溢出之间的相关性影响着汽车企业的发展,也关系着我国汽车产业的生产在全球中的地位。本文建立经济理论模型,构建了具有技术优势的外资企业和技术落后的两个本土企业的博弈过程,分析FDI通过技术投资与本土企业设立合资企业,并与本土企业进行产量竞争的过程。研究发现在中方占主要控制权的情况下,所有权结构和技术研发投资的关系会受到技术溢出程度的影响,在技术溢出的取值在某个特定的范围内时,两者具有正相关性,而在此范围之外,两者具有负相关性。当中外双方所有权结构份额的取值为0.5时,本土独资企业、合资企业的生产产出分别与技术研发投资形成负相关关系和正相关关系,而在外资企业对内资企业的技术溢出程度较大时,合资企业的本土自主生产产出与技术研发投资正相关,由此可见,合理的股权调整的对发展本土自主品牌尤为重要。最后,从社会福利的角度分析得到尽管有技术研发投资的存在,合资企业的产生也并非总是以东道国的福利为标准,其依赖于技术溢出效应的程度。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of FDI has become a hot topic in the contemporary world economy, especially in the automobile industry of our country. On the one hand, joint venture production has brought a new opportunity for the investment of foreign-funded enterprises, on the other hand, due to the lack of core technology, As a result of the technology dependence on the automobile powerful enterprises, it leads to the lack of independent innovation ability and the slow development of independent brands. Therefore, the correlation between FDI ownership structure and technology spillover affects the development of automobile enterprises. It is also related to the status of Chinese automobile industry production in the world. This paper establishes the economic theory model, and constructs the game process of the foreign-funded enterprises with technological advantages and the two local enterprises with technological backwardness. This paper analyzes the process by which FDI sets up joint ventures with local enterprises through technology investment and competes with local enterprises in terms of production. The relationship between ownership structure and technology R & D investment is affected by the degree of technology spillover. When the value of technology spillover is in a certain range, they have a positive correlation, but outside of this range, the relationship between ownership structure and technology R & D investment is affected by the degree of technology spillover. When the share of ownership structure between Chinese and foreign is 0.5, the production output of local sole proprietorship and joint venture is negatively and positively correlated with technology R & D investment, respectively. However, when the degree of technology spillover from foreign-funded enterprises to domestic enterprises is relatively large, the local independent production output of joint ventures is positively related to the investment in technological research and development. Thus, it can be seen that reasonable equity adjustment is particularly important for the development of local independent brands. Finally, From the point of view of social welfare, it is found that, despite the existence of technology R & D investment, the emergence of joint ventures is not always based on the welfare of the host country, and it depends on the degree of technology spillover effect.
