河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业发展研究

【摘要】：最近几年以来,民众大力倡导建立生态农业,以促进农业资源的高效利用,各地政府积极制定相应的政策响应民众的呼声,加快农业经济发展的步伐。河源市在鹰嘴蜜桃的农业产业发展过程中,注重生态理念,并将鹰嘴蜜桃种植园作为旅游热点进行发展,取得了较大的经济、生态和社会效益。但是,河源市的鹰嘴蜜桃产业在其发展过程中,不可避免地存在一些问题,这些问题影响着鹰嘴蜜桃产业效率,如何实现河源市鹰嘴蜜桃产业快速稳步发展,并为粤东北山区的蜜桃产业发展及农业可持续发展提供参考及借鉴,值得探讨。本研究在对河源鹰嘴蜜桃的产业发展史、发展现状和水平进行初步探究的基础上,在价值链与农业产业化相关理论的指导下,运用三种具体的研究方法,深入探讨了河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业发展存在的问题,分析了其存在问题的原因,并以河源市连平县上坪镇鹰嘴蜜桃产业发展为例,进行了详细的分析和探究,最后,提出了更好地发展河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业相对应的策略。希望此研究为河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业的发展提供可资借鉴和参考的价值,能够加快促进河源鹰嘴蜜桃的产业化发展,提高资源利用率,起到带头示范作用,促进经济的发展。本文从内容上分为三大部分。一是理论分析部分,本文的研究主要是参照价值链的相关概念及理论基础而来,包括价值链与农业产业化相关理论分析,主要研究农业产业价值链的相关内容;二是实证研究部分,以河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业为例,在深入调查鹰嘴蜜桃产业现状的基础上,阐述鹰嘴蜜桃产业发展前景的同时,分析了鹰嘴蜜桃产业存在的问题。然后从三个方面:内部价值链、纵向价值链和横向价值链的角度,分析了问题的原因;三是对策部分,提出河源鹰嘴蜜桃产业发展对策:第一,完善鹰嘴蜜桃产业产前产后保障体系建设;第二,提升鹰嘴蜜桃产业科技创新和管理水平;第三,扩大鹰嘴蜜桃产业规模以推进产业化进程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people have vigorously advocated the establishment of ecological agriculture in order to promote the efficient use of agricultural resources. Local governments have actively formulated corresponding policies to respond to the voice of the public. In the course of the agricultural industry development of Hawk mouth peach, Heyuan has paid attention to the ecological concept and developed the hawk peach plantation as a tourist hot spot, and has achieved a large economy. However, in the course of its development, there are inevitably some problems, which affect the efficiency of hawk peach industry, and how to realize the rapid and steady development of hawk peach industry in Heyuan City. It is worth discussing the industry development history, development status and level of peaches in Heyuan Eagle mouth, based on the reference and reference for the development of nectarine industry and the sustainable development of agriculture in the mountain area of eastern and northern Guangdong, this study is based on the preliminary exploration of the industry development history, the present situation and the level of the peaches in Heyuan. Under the guidance of the theory of value chain and agricultural industrialization, using three specific research methods, this paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Eagle mouth, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Taking the development of Yingzui peach industry in Shangping Town, Lianping County, Heyuan City as an example, the paper makes a detailed analysis and exploration, and finally, It is hoped that this study can provide reference and reference value for the development of Heyuan hawk peaches industry, and accelerate the industrialization development of Heyuan hawkmouth nectaries peaches, and put forward the corresponding strategies for the better development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Hawk mouth, and hope that this study can provide reference and reference value for the development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Eagle mouth. This paper is divided into three parts from the content. One is the theoretical analysis part. The research of this paper mainly refers to the related concepts and theoretical basis of the value chain. Including the value chain and agricultural industrialization related theoretical analysis, mainly research the relevant content of agricultural industry value chain; second, empirical research part, taking He-yuan Hawk mouth nectarine industry as an example, on the basis of in-depth investigation of the current situation of hawk peach industry, At the same time, the paper analyzes the problems existing in hawk peach industry. Then it analyzes the reasons from three aspects: internal value chain, vertical value chain and horizontal value chain. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of HYYUAN nectar peach industry: first, to perfect the prenatal and postnatal safeguard system of hawk peach industry; second, to improve the technology innovation and management level of hawkmouth peach industry; third, to improve the level of science and technology innovation and management of hawkmouth peach industry. To expand the scale of peaches industry in order to promote the industrialization process.
