中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统分析与设计,隶属于计算机网络与通信的研究领域,该系统以“十二五”规划为背景,以积极支撑中山市加大产业扶持力度的一系列政策,辅助中山市扶持产业发展专项资金管理,提高资金的使用效益,促进产业扶持资金分配、使用、评价更加科学合理为目的而建立的信息综合系统。中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统采用面向对象分析方法,对中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统的可行性及必要性进行了分析,实现了包括信息公开,专项资金填报申请,项目管理,资金拨付,绩效评价与监督,注册登录,系统管理等七个功能模块为一体的综合性信息平台。本文对中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统各个模块的业务流程及用例进行了相关的研究和绘制,根据用例图、业务流程图,分析绘制出中山市产业扶持专项发展资金信息系统各模块功能包图、系统总体功能包图及系统各模块缩略类图；在此基础上分析了系统所涉及的各个实体类数据,对数据库和数据表进行了分析与设计。
[Abstract]:The analysis and design of Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system, which belongs to the research field of computer network and communication, is based on the 12th Five-Year Plan. To actively support a series of policies to increase industrial support in Zhongshan City, to assist Zhongshan City in the management of special funds for supporting industrial development, to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and to promote the distribution and use of industrial support funds, The comprehensive information system established for the purpose of more scientific and reasonable evaluation. Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system adopts the object-oriented analysis method. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of Zhongshan industry support special development fund information system, and realizes the information disclosure, special fund application, project management, fund allocation, performance evaluation and supervision, registration and login. System management and other seven functional modules as one of the integrated information platform. This paper studies and draws the business process and use cases of each module of Zhongshan Industrial support Special Development Fund Information system, according to the use case diagram, Business flow chart, analysis and drawing of Zhongshan industry support special development fund information system modules functional package map, system overall function package diagram and system module acronym class diagram; on the basis of the analysis of the system involved in each entity class data, The database and data table are analyzed and designed.
