【摘要】：广东省海岸线绵延千里,有着丰富的海洋渔业资源,罗非鱼养殖面积和养殖产量较大,是广东渔业经济的重要组成部分。如今广东已成为我国乃至世界上罗非鱼出口产量最多的地区之一。由于种种原因,目前罗非鱼外贸情况在国际上具有相当大的竞争压力,一是面对东南亚等国家的水产品出口的激励竞争,二是随着海洋水质恶化,过度捕捞等因素使我国失去了自然优势,三是贸易摩擦不断升级等一系列因素和产业发展进入瓶颈期的条件下,水产品产业转型升级显得十分重要。本文主要的研究问题是:在现今面临的困境下,以罗非鱼为代表的相关水产品行业转型升级之路的研究,对其进行全新的技术进步,产品升级所采取的措施,并通过对国联水产公司个案的调研分析,从而提出针对性的相关解决措施。本文研究的主要内容是我国罗非鱼产业转型升级。从广东省罗非鱼产业的发展现状为出发点,分析罗非鱼产业发展面临的问题,结合国内罗非鱼产业转型升级的优秀个案经验措施,分析其转型升级的具体方向,从而为广东省传统罗非鱼产业升级提供对策。具体内容是:第一章为导言部分,阐述研究目的及意义系统介绍文章的背景;总结文献综述,分析国内外学者对相关产业的研究并得出自己的研究结论。第二章根据阐述了产业升级相关的理论基础,以此来引出下文。第三章介绍了广东罗非鱼产业发展的现状,从种苗、养殖、加工三个方面结合相关数据资料对产业链现状进行描述。第四章介绍了罗非鱼产业发展存在的问题,存在病害严重、养殖体系不完善、加工产品较为低端、存在安全质量和市场规模小等问题。第五章介绍了广东罗非鱼产业转型升级的状况,这部分将以湛江市国联水产公司所进行的产业升级措施为个案展开具体详细的论述,以罗非鱼的产业价值链种苗,养殖,饲料,加工为视角,从技术突破升级视角对广东罗非鱼产业的转型和升级路径进行归纳和总结。第六章则是对广东罗非鱼产业转型升级相关对策措施的论述,借鉴之前的成功个案,总结出对广东罗非鱼产业转型升级的相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Province has a coastline of thousands of miles, rich marine fishery resources, tilapia farming area and production is large, Guangdong is an important part of the fishery economy in Guangdong. Today, Guangdong has become one of the regions with the largest export output of tilapia in China and in the world. For various reasons, the current situation of tilapia foreign trade is under considerable international competition pressure. First, in the face of the incentive competition for the export of aquatic products from Southeast Asia and other countries, and second, with the deterioration of marine water quality, overfishing and other factors, our country has lost its natural advantage. Third, a series of factors, such as escalating trade friction and the bottleneck period of industrial development, make the transformation and upgrading of aquatic products industry very important. The research on the road of the transformation and upgrading of the related aquatic products industry, represented by tilapia, carries on the brand-new technical progress, the measures to upgrade the products, and through the investigation and analysis of the case of Guolian Aquatic Company, The main content of this paper is the transformation and upgrading of China's tilapia industry. From the point of view of the current situation of the development of the tilapia industry in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the problems facing the development of the tilapia industry. Combined with the outstanding experience and measures of the domestic tilapia industry transformation and upgrading, this paper analyzes the specific direction of its transformation and upgrading, thus providing countermeasures for the upgrading of the traditional tilapia industry in Guangdong Province. The fifth chapter introduces the situation of the transformation and upgrading of the tilapia industry in Guangdong, which will be discussed in detail by taking the industrial upgrading measures carried out by Guolian Fisheries Company of Zhanjiang City as a case study. From the perspective of tilapia industry value chain seedling, breeding, feed, processing, From the perspective of technological breakthrough and upgrading, the transformation and upgrading path of the tilapia industry in Guangdong are summarized and summarized. The sixth chapter discusses the countermeasures and measures related to the transformation and upgrading of the tilapia industry in Guangdong, and draws lessons from the previous successful cases.
