【摘要】：穆棱市地处黑龙江省东南部,旅游资源丰富,知名景点众多,自然生态环境保护完好。同时,穆棱市辖区是少数民族满族的发祥地,又是东北抗日联军抵御日寇侵略的主战场,历史文化资源丰富,具有发展旅游产业的独特优势。穆棱市依托丰富的旅游资源优势,紧紧围绕“中国最佳休闲文化旅游城市”的目标定位,以发展生态旅游、乡村旅游、民俗旅游、红色旅游为核心,坚持“政府主导,市场运作,企业主体,社会参与”的发展模式,旅游产业发展取得了一定的进展,对促进本地区国民经济增长和产业结构优化做出了重要贡献。但穆棱市在旅游产业发展过程中,也遇到了诸多制约旅游产业发展的瓶颈和问题,解决这些瓶颈和问题,对促进穆棱市旅游产业发展至关重要。本文采用多种研究方法,对穆棱市旅游产业发展问题进行相应研究。绪论部分说明选题的背景与意义,介绍国内外旅游产业的研究现状以及提出研究目的、方法与路线;第一章阐述旅游产业发展的相关概念及与本研究相关的理论基础;第二章分析穆棱市旅游产业发展的基础条件,包括穆棱市的自然、经济、社会条件、区位交通、资源禀赋、客源市场及政策形势;第三章评价穆棱市旅游产业发展水平,明晰旅游产业发展所处的阶段,指出问题之所在;第四章提出穆棱市旅游产业发展战略和对策。
[Abstract]:Muling City is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, rich in tourism resources, many well-known scenic spots, natural ecological environment protection intact.At the same time, Mulen City area is the birthplace of Manchu minority nationality, and also the main battlefield of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Army to resist the Japanese aggressors. The historical and cultural resources are abundant, and it has the unique advantage of developing tourism industry.Relying on its abundant advantages of tourism resources and closely focusing on the goal of "the best leisure cultural tourism city in China," Muling takes the development of eco-tourism, rural tourism, folk-custom tourism and red tourism as its core, and insists on "government-led tourism,"The development model of market operation, enterprise main body and social participation has made certain progress in the development of tourism industry, which has made important contribution to promoting the growth of local national economy and optimizing the industrial structure.However, in the process of tourism industry development, Mullen has also encountered many bottlenecks and problems that restrict the development of tourism industry. To solve these bottlenecks and problems is very important to promote the development of tourism industry in Mullen city.This paper uses various research methods to study the development of tourism industry in Mullen.The introduction part explains the background and significance of the topic, introduces the domestic and foreign tourism industry research status and puts forward the purpose, methods and routes; the first chapter describes the related concepts of tourism industry development and the theoretical basis related to this study;The second chapter analyzes the basic conditions for the development of tourism industry in Mullen, including the natural, economic, social conditions, regional traffic, resource endowment, source market and policy situation of Mullen, the third chapter evaluates the level of development of tourism industry in Mullen.Clarify the stage of tourism industry development and point out the problem. Chapter four puts forward the development strategy and countermeasures of Mullen tourism industry.
