云南省奶水牛产业发展研究

【摘要】：奶水牛产业作为我国的新兴产业,对于南方地区产奶水平提高和农业产业结构优化具有重要意义,同时也是解决当地农民增收问题的重要举措。云南省作为我国南方地区奶水牛养殖大省,拥有丰富的饲草饲料和水牛种畜资源,以及适宜水牛生长的气候条件,但是近几年云南省奶水牛产业发展缓慢,奶水牛种群数量和水牛奶产量均没有实现较大突破,在畜牧业经济中的比重相对较小。同时云南省水牛奶加工企业缺乏核心竞争产品,总体市场竞争能力较弱,没有发挥应有的产业带动作用。随着国家和当地政府的不断投入,云南省奶水牛产业需要找到发展的突破口,而这正是云南省奶水牛产业发展面临的重要挑战。本文以云南省奶水牛产业为研究对象,结合奶水牛产业发展的现状,运用有关经济理论,并对云南省奶水牛产业中的奶水牛养殖和龙头企业中存在的问题进行全面性的分析与研究。同时借鉴国内外奶水牛产业发达地区的发展经验,结合云南省的实际情况,探索云南省奶水牛产业的发展思路。最后,在前面分析的基础上提出推动云南省奶水牛产业健康稳定发展的措施。全文共六章,主要分为三个部分:第一部分(第一、二章)是全文的基础,主要对研究背景、研究意义、以及国内外奶水牛产业发达地区的现状进行阐述并分析其发展经验;第二部分(第三、四章)是全文的主体,从产业发展的历程和意义着手,分别对云南省奶水牛产业中的养殖现状、养殖效益、组织模式和水牛奶加工龙头企业的规模、生产的产品种类等方面做了分析,并对存在的问题进行详细分析研究;第三部分(第五、六章)为全文的重点,在前文分析与研究的基础上,从发展思路、发展原则、主要任务、发展布局等四个方面提出云南省奶水牛产业发展规划,并从政策、资金、技术与服务体系、产业链建设与利益机制等方面,提出了做大做强云南奶水牛产业的措施建议。通过对云南省奶水牛产业进行系统、全面地分析研究发现,云南省的奶水牛产业具有较强的发展潜力,但同时也存在着养殖技术落后、配套设施不健全以及加工龙头企业生产规模较小、带动能力不够等问题,因此政府要做好云南省奶水牛产业的发展规划、加大资金、技术等方面的支持;水牛奶加工龙头企业要优化水牛奶产品的产业链,做优水牛奶产品、做强云南水牛奶品牌,通过政府和企业的协同作用,不断做大、做强云南省奶水牛产业。
[Abstract]:The milk cow industry as an emerging industry in China, is of great significance to improve the level of milk production and optimization of industrial structure of agriculture in the southern region, but also an important measure to solve the problem of income of local farmers. At the same time, Yunnan province milk processing enterprises lack of core competitive products, the overall market competition ability is weak, does not give full play to the industry leading role. With state and local governments continue to invest in the buffalo dairy industry in Yunnan province need to find a breakthrough in the development, which is the Yunnan province buffalo milk An important challenge faced by industry.
