中国产业政策的特点、效果与演变——产业政策问题研讨会会议综述

【摘要】：林毅夫、张维迎两位教授的产业政策之争引起了学术界广泛而激烈的讨论。在这一背景下,由北京交通大学经济管理学院、中国工业经济学会竞争政策专业委员会、首都经济贸易大学中国产业经济研究院、辽宁产业组织与技术创新研究中心等单位联合发起的"产业政策问题"研讨会在北京交通大学召开,多位与会学者就产业政策相关问题进行了深入的交流。本文根据会议的主要内容,从产业政策的界定与分类、研究视角、制定与实施、现状与效果、演变与转型以及政府与市场的关系共六个方面进行了梳理。
[Abstract]:The debate between Lin Yifu and Zhang Weiying on industrial policy has aroused extensive and intense discussion in academic circles.In this context, the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University, the Competition Policy Professional Committee of the China Institute of Industry and Economics, and the China Industrial Economics Research Institute of the Capital University of Economic and Trade,The seminar on "Industrial Policy issues", jointly sponsored by Liaoning Industrial Organization and technological Innovation Research Center, was held in Beijing Jiaotong University. Many participating scholars held in-depth exchanges on industrial policy issues.According to the main contents of the conference, this paper combs from six aspects: the definition and classification of industrial policy, the research perspective, the formulation and implementation, the present situation and effect, the evolution and transformation, and the relationship between the government and the market.
