柞水县核桃产业发展存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：陕西省柞水县地处秦岭南麓,独特的地理环境和良好的气候条件,是核桃生长的“沃土”。近年来,柞水县以标准化核桃建园为重点,大力实施原有果树的嫁接改造,加强林果科管,提高单株产量和果品质量,更进一步促进核桃产业向规模化、良种化建设方面发展。但是受思想观念、科技、信息、资金条件等多种因素的制约,核桃种植产业化、规模化、片区化的发展思路还没有被农户广泛接受,核桃种植户科管意识淡薄,经营管理粗放,技术人员少,手段落后,投入不足,导致核桃单产低,良种化水平低,产业化程度低,科管水平低,经济效益低,总体规模小,示范带动作用不强。“五低一小一不强”现状以及技术、资金、人员等方面的不足严重影响着核桃种植产业的快速推进。本文作者立足柞水实际,以推进柞水核桃发展为出发点,重点探索该县推进核桃产业化方面存在人员思想解放不够、管理方式粗放、以及种植专业化程度低等主观因素以及病虫害、产业链不完整、品种混杂等客观因素,通过数据分析、实地走访、理论分析,从创新发展模式、培育良种、加强科管、打造产业链条等方面提出了该县核桃产业化发展的路径。通过融入“一村一品”等政府产业布局,探索“公司+基地+合作社+农户”的核桃产业发展发展模式,提高良种化面积以及拓展核桃下游产业,打造完成产业链条等方面,以期对柞水核桃产业发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Tussah County, Shaanxi Province is located in the southern foot of Qinling Mountains, unique geographical environment and good climate conditions, is the "fertile soil" for walnut growth.In recent years, Antheraea pernyi County, focusing on standardized walnut orchard, vigorously implemented the grafting transformation of the original fruit trees, strengthened the management of forest and fruit families, improved the yield and quality of fruit per plant, and further promoted the development of walnut industry towards large-scale and improved variety construction.However, restricted by many factors, such as ideology, science and technology, information, capital conditions, and so on, the development of walnut planting industrialization, scale and regionalization has not been widely accepted by farmers, walnut growers have weak awareness of family management and extensive management.The lack of technical personnel, backward means and insufficient investment resulted in low yield of walnut, low level of improved variety, low level of industrialization, low level of management, low economic benefit, small overall scale, and weak demonstration and driving effect.The status quo of "five low, one small and one weak" and the shortage of technology, funds and personnel seriously affect the rapid development of walnut planting industry.Based on the actual situation of tussah water and taking the development of tussah walnut as the starting point, the author focuses on the lack of ideological emancipation and extensive management in promoting walnut industrialization in this county.As well as the subjective factors such as low degree of specialization in planting, as well as objective factors such as diseases and pests, incomplete industrial chains, mixed varieties, etc., through data analysis, field visits, theoretical analysis, from the innovative development model, breeding of improved varieties, strengthening of science and management,Build the industrial chain and other aspects of the county walnut industrialization development path.By integrating into the layout of government industries such as "one Village, one Product", this paper explores the development mode of walnut industry in "Company Base Cooperative Farmers", increases the area of improved variety, expands the downstream industry of walnut, and builds a complete industrial chain, etc.In order to provide a reference for the development of tussah walnut industry.
